The Study Of The Scientific Research Management Problems And Countermeasures In Our Higher Vocational Colleges

Scientific research plays an important role in the development of higher vocational colleges,but the current scientific research management in higher vocational colleges still exist many problems.From the view of actual situation of the Nanjing vocational college in Jiangning University Town,the scientific research management problems are:lack of professional management of scientific research organization,unresponsive to the outside world,make against the communication of information and work innovation;lack of professional personnel,scientific management level remains to be further improved;lack of scientific incentive system,Scientific research management system cannot adapt to their own development;scientific research funds management cannot adapt to the rapid development of scientific research,scientific research funds management loose;scientific research personnel lack of team awareness,it has not formed the awareness of construction of research team and lack of outstanding scientific research team in higher vocational colleges which can be interdisciplinary and trans-department;shortage of resources and infrastructure construction in higher vocational colleges,which seriously hindered the improvement of scientific research management work efficiency.In order to solve the above problems of scientific research management,higher vocational colleges should be clear:first,further clarify the reasonable position of the concept of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges;second,according to the characteristics of vocational colleges,appropriate adjust the scientific management principles;third,continue to promote the scientific management mode for the innovation of higher vocational colleges,and finally reach the promotion of scientific research workload and qualitative leap.On the basis of clear thinking,higher vocational colleges should take some specific measures:the innovation of higher vocational colleges scientific research management organization should not only adapt to the requirements of the times and the external environment,but also according to their own characteristics,to achieve interdisciplinary and trans-department research organizations;enhance the quality of scientific research management personnel,promote the service concept,cultivate management personnel with high professional management ability;establish an effective incentive system research,motivate and transfer the initiative of the staff,effectively improve performance of scientific research management;standardized management of scientific research funds,perfect the management system of scientific research funds,maximize the effectiveness of limited research funds;strengthen scientific research support conditions,Improve the competitiveness and potential of scientific research in higher vocational colleges on the premise of scientific research managements;strengthen the management of scientific research team,thus make the research team work effectively,and enhance the overall strength of school research.
