The Study On Peer Acceptance Situation & Suggestions For High School Students In Shuang Liu Middle School

This study is to investigate the situation and the characteristics of peer acceptance on the three grades students in the school-Sichuan ShuangLiu middle school.The result reflected the students' peer acceptance and the choice tendency for companion in the county high school,and according to the students' rejection and being overlooked in the questionnaire,with the interview about the teachers advice,the study summarized a few teaching methods on the students' peer acceptance.This study selected 12 classes,465 students randomly as subjects in three grades of high school,using the questionnaire-The Questionnaire On the Situation And Causes of High School Students' Peer Acceptance compiled by myself as a survey tool.The study result showed that: Firstly,The peer acceptance level of high school students are different at their age and gender.Secondly,about 19 people on average in each class are enjoyed by others,and their acceptance levels are also higher than others.However,the range of some students' acceptance is very low.About 2-3 students on average are not accepted in each class,and even are rejected by the peers.Thirdly,the standards of the students' choice on peer group are different in their age and gender in their high school.The standards of high school students' choice on their companions generally focus on each other's inner moral quality and personality,hobbies,habits and customs,while the attention to the companions' grades,sex,family background and so on is very low,especially to the family background.They hate that their companions' characteristics,on the other hand,also lies in each other's bad personality,moral quality,destruction and bad habits.On the other hand,the survey results also show that most of the effects on high school students' position in the peer group are companions' personality,appearance and other factors.
