Since the 90 s of the 20 th century,domestic and foreign educational researchers began to focus on teacher education and teacher specialization,teacher professional development began to be gradually recognized and studied.In the past two decades,with the development of educational informationization in our country and the advancement and deepening of education reform,the demand for the development of information technology teachers has also been improved.As the main force of information technology education,teachers need to be higher Of professional quality in order to better carry out education and teaching.This paper reviews and discusses the professional development of teachers and the professional development of information technology teachers through literature research.It is found that the research on teachers' professional development at home and abroad is deep,and the research on the subject Information technology such subjects are much more.In the discussion of the existing professional development of information technology teachers,it is found that the existing research involves the concept of information technology and the theory,environment and current situation,professional knowledge,professional feelings,development orientation,development methods and strategy mode and so on.On this basis,the author summarizes and summarizes the professional development of information technology teachers.In the middle of the study,the author found that the senior school information technology teachers are satisfied with the students,and they are satisfied with the teachers' curriculum.The mastery of the teaching modules and the commonly used software are better.The classroom management,communication and cooperation are ideal.Short-term training,collective lesson preparation of this development activities more;their own development will be more good and so on.But also found some problems which exist,such as teachers' professional pride and professionalsatisfaction overall situation is not ideal;discipline status,treatment and attention to the low level;subject teaching knowledge needs to be improved;teaching reflection and teaching research The ability to be weak;expert lectures,academic training and other activities such as less than their own lack of development time,awareness is not strong and so on.In the further interview investigation and case study,the author also found that: "examination-oriented education" environment,equipment and teachers quantity,system,training is one of the main external factors affecting the professional development of teachers,and teaching ability,teaching knowledge,The problems of their own development are one of the internal factors that affect their professional development.And through case studies,it has been found that several factors that have succeeded in the development of a typical case are involved in research,conducting open classes,conducting professional studies,and supporting the external environment and their own efforts.Finally,in view of the problems found and the actual environment of the region I put forward:to develop their own professional development plan;research and teaching practice combined;to carry out action research focused on the classroom;effective grinding lessons and reflection;set up county-level educational resources library;To carry out expert lectures on the subject of school-based training;the establishment of the corresponding integration of research institutions;strengthen the financial and policy support and tilt;people-oriented,reasonable evaluation and effective incentives and other countermeasures.
