A Study On Domestic Competitive Table Tennis Reserve Talents Cultivation Status And Analysis

Competitive sports is the leading cause of China's sports industry,and table tennis is China's competitive sports typical advantages of the project,and long-term dominated the world table tennis.A project's enduring must have its own reasons,and the selection and supply of backup talent is a fundamental guarantee for project development.In recent years,more and more researches have been done on the reserve talents of table tennis,but more concentrated on the age structure,the type of play,the athletic achievement,the strength of the base hardware and software,but less on athletic motivation,physical training and cultural learning.The multidimensional study of the reserve talents can provide the basis for the scientific selection of the table tennis players.Based on the data of the literature,interview,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of athletes in 48 reserve talent bases in China,such as age structure,competitive situation,sports motivation,technical and tactical training dilemma,And multidimensional study of cultural learning.And the 48 reserve talents bases are divided into three parts according to the economic and geographical elements,and the selection mechanism and development dilemma of the reserve talents in China are analyzed in a modular way.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The age structure of reserve talents of table tennis in China basically accorded with the progressive rule of reserve talents,but there are some differences among different regions.Eastern women,middle men and middle women are pyramid-shaped structures,and the structure of the eastern women and the western men shows a "U" structure,which is in accordance with the progressive law of the reserve talents.The more obvious fault phenomenon,there is a big problem.2.athletic ability training,the backup talent to participate in table tennis training and competition,the level of motivation is better.Technical and tactical aspects of the main faces of poor basic skills,lack of physical fitness and lack of theoretical knowledge and other issues.The main problems of physical training are lack of pertinence of the training plan and the enthusiasm of the athletes.Satisfaction with coaches and teammates was higher in training satisfaction,but satisfaction with sports organization was lower.3.The diversified development of reserve talents is inevitable,the quality of culture,the level of theory,the demand for cross-line knowledge is obvious.Should actively build a diversified learning platform,to promote the comprehensive quality of athletes to enhance.4.Reserve personnel base coaches uneven distribution,the eastern obvious advantages,the increase in the demand for base coaches,site conditions to be further improved.
