Although table tennis was introduced into China from abroad,it is deeply loved by the people.In the development of more than one hundred years,because it does not have too many requirements for equipment and venues,the way of sports and the amount of exercise are also suitable for the needs of the public,so it gradually has a stable mass base and develops into our national ball.From the current development,China's table tennis has been in the forefront of the world in the field of competition,whether it is singles or doubles,there are very outstanding athletes.The reason why our country can achieve such excellent results,and our country has been paying attention to table tennis reserve personnel training has a close relationship.In this paper,the current indigo middle school table tennis training process,the content and the achievement has carried on the investigation and analysis,for the current school coaches,athletes,and athletes of the parents to do the relevant questionnaire survey,interview is carried out for the indigo middle school's leadership,through questionnaire and interview,the content of the table tennis training plan of indigo middle school current and backup talent cultivation model for the analysis of the system,find out the problems and deficiencies,based on the current characteristics and indigo middle school table tennis talent training pattern of change has the advantage of the backup talent cultivation conditions,combining the current research status,theoretical education mode,etc.,Through the combination of theory and practice,a steady and steady model of sports reserve talent co-education is explored.The study came to the following conclusions:1.In the current curriculum arrangement of LanQing middle school,each class has one PE class every week,which meets the national requirements.The ping-pong team of LanQing middle school is a training team set up separately and targeted at the ping-pong major.After the screening and assessment,the team is admitted to the ping-pong team.2.In the current education environment,the school only emphasizes students' performance.Although it pays attention to the development of sports,it does not pay attention to the real development of sports.3.The teaching staff of the table tennis team is backward.The current training team of the table tennis team of LanQing middle school is an external team,not the school's own training team.4.Students have no subjective awareness of sports activities.Most of their ideas on sports are to cope with courses or exams,and they do not like sports activities.5.From the current development status of reserve talents,there are not many students who really want to be reserve talents for sports.Parents usually choose the way of training reserve talents for sports only when students cannot normally go to school with cultural courses.In view of the current problems,the author puts forward several suggestions:1.Recruitment of professional coaches,not participating in the form of training,so that we can improve the internal management and development,the indigo secondary school table tennis team did not form a system,is not comprehensive in the coach team construction,no echelon construction,thus forming a professional echelon construction,can for indigo secondary school table tennis team in training team more professional system,create a better culture atmosphere.2.Strengthen the sports culture construction of table tennis and create a good cultural environment of table tennis,which will have a great impact on the future development of table tennis reserve talents in the school.3.Improve the reward and punishment mechanism,mainly the reward and punishment of coaches and students,and improve the enthusiasm of coaches and students for sports.4.The school should review the table tennis team from a further perspective,not only to respond to the call of the country or for the sake of students' promotion,but also to make the table tennis team a characteristic sports item of LanQing middle school,which needs to start from the cultural perspective and the connotation of education.5.Promote sports reserve talented person's idea,change the parents of the traditional old ideas,to guide and change in the osmosis,parents need to realize the three hundred and sixty line,line out of the top,not every child can only walk the road of reading,need according to the child's own characteristics to formulate he send a direction in the future,if the child is very like sports,or very talented in sports,can be considered in the field of sports development.
