Objectives:mental retardation students is relatively backward in terms of physical development and the basic action,studies have shown that adaptive sports training is an effective way to improve mental retardation students basic action behind.This research subjects of low mental retardation students at the intermediate level,according to adapt to the sports service delivery model,movement development theory,theory of human development to learn and adapt to the physical education teaching practice,the plait low mental retardation students at the intermediate basic action ability and training plan,and verify its effect.Comparing training scheme for different grade,and the effect of the different types of mental retardation students,for the low mental retardation students at the intermediate basic action ability and training,provide support for scientific training plan and practice.Methods:autonomous mobile basic action of two kinds of skills and object control circuit training,16 weeks training cycle,training time 45 minutes,twice a week,each time two groups,each group of three or four movements,for small and medium strength training intensity.The intervention object 30.To test the effect of the basic action capability training scheme,the test special body,the action proficiency,the action finish three indexes.Results:(1)the test object after the intervention of special fitness improved overall,including cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle strength,flexibility,reaction time 4 indicators before and after the training there were significant differences(p<0.01).(2)after the intervention action proficiency test object indicators have improved,including the coordination body symmetry,onset of coordination and sensitivity three indicators before and after the training there were significant differences(P<0.01).(3)the test object after the intervention of four basic skills have obvious progress,including overhand throwing,kicking two objects there is progress control effect(p<0.01),run,standing long jump two autonomous mobile class skills also varying degrees of progress,but there is no significant.(4)the differences in the improvement of specific body fitness,action proficiency,and four basic actions were achieved after the intervention of test subjects with different intellectual disabilities.In the case of physical fitness,down syndrome and autism types of students improved the most,and the students with cerebral palsy and intellectual disability were less advanced.In terms of action proficiency,cerebral palsy students with autism and mental retardation retardation compared with down syndrome students inch in significant difference in physical progress.In four basic motor skill learning,different grades of students improved significantly.(5)different grade test object training after the intervention,special fitness,action proficiency,four basic action completion,students at the intermediate(6)in the lower grades than low mental retardation students at the intermediate level after training to intervene,the ACE in class rating has improved,shows that students' attention in class,understanding,efforts have greatly improved.At the same time,students are making progress in cognition,61anguage and communication.Conclusion:(1)suitable for low mental retardation students at the intermediate points of action skills training,strength training for the small and medium strength,integration of autonomous mobile action skills,object control action,game and so on practice,practice,of safe,easy and setting up the equipment to be targeted practice fields.(2)motor skills training program can effectively promote the development of low age students mental retardation in action and class,cognitive and social adaptation ability(3)the establishment of basic skill training plan,we must give full consideration to different types of mental retardation and
