Functional training originated in the United States in the twentieth century in the field of sports rehabilitation and physical therapy,initially used for the treatment of sports disorders and rehabilitation patients;In the 1990 s,functional training and the role of nervous system and skeletal muscle in cognitive training rehabilitation became a new research direction;In the 21 st century,functional training has been rapidly spread and developed in the gym.A large number of professional training,training methods and methods have appeared,and a relatively complete functional training system has been established.Body function training from domestic,introduced in 2006,and has become a research hot spot,but on body function training on junior middle school students the basic sports ability the influence of the research is still a blank area,therefore,this research start from junior middle school students physical quality,utilizing body function training in the junior middle school students the basic sports ability improve experiment,through the experiment analysis of the influence of body function training for junior high school students the basic sports ability,provide a reference for body function training to enter junior high school physical education class.In this study,students of weifang dongming school were investigated,and the methods of literature,experimental test,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were adopted.Physical function training was taken as the independent variable,and the basic motor ability and physical function movement test(FMS)indicators of junior middle school students were taken as the dependent variable.The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was trained with the method of functional fitness training.The control group was trained with the traditional physical fitness training method.Research shows:1,on body function training for 16 weeks after the experiment,two groups of students' physical function action screening score result is improved,through independent sample T test,the test result can be seen that the two groups of students in the squat and push-ups scores were greatly improved,but students in the two independent sample T test results for P > 0.05,two groups of students do not existsignificant differences in the two tests,it shows that the traditional physical training can improve students' the symmetry of the action.In addition to no significant difference between the squats and push-ups,P < 0.05 was shown in the other five tests,indicating that each test was superior to the control group.In conclusion,after functional training,the students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in both symmetrical and asymmetrical movements.2.After 16 weeks of training,the results of the scores of basic sports ability of the two groups of students were compared.Both physical function training and traditional physical fitness training had an impact on the improvement of students' basic sports ability.After the experiment,independent sample T test was conducted for the basic motor ability test results of the experimental group and the control group.The results of 50 meters running of the experimental group and the control group showed a significant difference of P < 0.01.Significant differences were found between the standing jump and the pull-up with P < 0.05.There was no significant difference between preflexion and 1000 runs at P > 0.05.
