As the thereformandopening-uppolicy constantly goes deeper and social transformation into the accelerated period,the contradictionbetweenlaborandcapital to emerge.Especially inrecentyears,the growing consciousness of rightsself-protection of workers,the constantly improved national laws and regulations and the poor labor dispute and arbitration system keep the number of labor dispute case high.In some enterprises with faint legal consciousness and flunk mind,there exist a varietyof illegal phenomena such as working without labor contracts,arranging overtime work without paying overtime remunerations according to the rules,leaving work at will,and group dispute occurring frequently.At the environment of modern rules for business management,the humanity requirement of employees tends to be ignored and employees are only regarded to the tools to earn a profit.Traditional case work methods focus on using one-on-one work patterns to help clients solve problems in depth,and the handling of labor disputes is complex.Case management is a model of work that is integrated into the management philosophy on the basis of case work,emphasizing the ability to increase the use of internal resources by the client and the maximum integration of external resources.This paper attempts to use the case management method to intervene in labor disputes and explore the analysis of case management methods in the use of labor disputes in the advantages,difficulties and corresponding countermeasures for social work involved in corporate mediation to provide a new perspective.Harmonious Enterprise Studio is a demonstration site for dealing with labor disputes inShenzhen,are applied as research media,in which social worker could carryoutactivities and settle labor disputes.Shenzhen Z Industrial Park isin atransferred period recently where some enterprises have been relocated,which leads to frequent occurrence of labor disputes.The employees in the corporate campuses aremost born between1980 and 2000,they usually are called as "the new generation of workers" and would like to seek help from Harmonious Enterprise Studio when their legal interestsare harmed.The staffs in Harmonious Enterprise Studio are composed of social works and mediators,Which are to solve the industrial park enterprises and employees of labor disputes,safeguard the rights and interests of employees,They are not noly to promote the development of enterprises but also to achieve a harmonious state.This paper mainly analyzes the background and characteristics of labor disputes in Shenzhen City,and it analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of labor disputes in Z industrial park.On this basis,this paper takes the case management as a practical method to intervene in Panmou dispute and Wang dispute as an example.By discussing the process,experience,difficulties and shortcomings of case work to involve in enterprise labor disputes,And how social management involved in enterprise labor disputes put forward useful countermeasures and suggestions.
