Core strength is developed on the basis of core stability,introduced by exercise rehabilitation areas in the field of competitive sports,is a new type of power quality training methods from the traditional power,core strength training after the introduction of domestic popular scholars chase,rapid burning core research boom.In gymnastics,swimming,ball games,such as water sports research project earlier and the rich research achievements,research achievements ideal mainly concentrated in the high level athletes and sports teams,and the research direction and object to youth,college PE class students,and in this type of groups of related research in the majority of the project,and due to the limited level,the lack of funding and limited teacher resource and so on,causes the outnumbered achievements transformation and application of objective facts,such as core strength training through the literature study is less,in guiding students training pertinence is not strong,the training is not systematic,lead to contact the special technical features is not quite close together,the special grade promotion effect is small,did not play the role of core strength training in sports college entrance examination training,only targeted the core strength training,and based on the reality of the students make and reasonable arrangement of training can effectively improve the body's core strength,thus improving the students' ability to use efficiency,optimize the structure of action,thus improving the students' performance,to help students in "an ounce of over ten thousand people in the college entrance examination" make greater advantage.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,hundred senior middle schools in hubei province all the physical education students to conduct the thorough research to the object and get the following conclusions:1.After seven weeks 28 times of core strength training,the core of the four athletes level index to test again,reflecting the physical stability and the hierarchical prone atresia type power chain link bridge and reflect back power and stretch hip muscle group stability classification of bridge,which can reflect the core muscle strength quickly back on both ends up and reflect the stability of the trunk and stretch hip shrinking capacity of muscle group quickly stand high support leg lifts improvement is significant(p < 0.05),and can determine the core strength training can effectively improve core muscle strength,enhances the stability of the body,improve body atresia type power chain integrity,improve the waist and back muscle strength and stretch hip muscle contraction ability quickly.2.After seven weeks 28 times of core strength training,hundreds of meters result increased by 8.54%,secondary leapfrog result improved performance increased by 6.82%,8.06%,eight hundred-five meters three scores increase to 25.37%,the four grades improve has very significant(p < 0.01).The results of the lead ball improved 4.24% and the improvement was significant(p < 0.05).The result is that the core strength training model can effectively improve the performance of the trainer.3.After seven weeks after 28 times the traditional strength training,hundreds of meters result a 0.51% increase in the secondary leapfrog result 0.40%,shot put performance increased by0.94%,the three to improvement is not significant(p > 0.05),eight hundred m scores increased by5.63%,were significantly increased(p < 0.05),three to five meters scores increased by 14.28%,improve has very significant(p < 0.01).Showed the traditional strength training to hundreds of meters,secondary leapfrog,shot put three to result the rise of small,boosting effect was not significant,but can effectively improve the eight hundred m and three to five meters.4.After the experiment can be seen from the result comparison among projects,in hundreds of meters,secondary leapfrog scores,grades and shot five meters to grade four,three core strength training mode is superior to the traditional strength training mode,the two groups have significant difference(p < 0.05),thus it can be seen,the core strength training is better than traditional strength training can be hundreds of meters of ascension result,secondary leapfrog result,shot put,grades and three to five meters.5.You can see,in the eight hundred meters results contrast two training mode there is no significant difference between change of eight hundred m,visible traditional strength training mode with the core strength training can improve eight hundred m but there was no significant difference.
