Study On Management Mechanism Of Campus Football Characteristic School

The state council promulgated “the reform and development of Chinese football overall plan” in 2015.Campus football is listed in the plan,which indicates that it has been raised to the national strategic position.In the same year,the promulgation of “suggestions on the implementation to speed up the development of the teenager campus football by the ministry of education and the other six departments”,the selection of campus football characteristic schools and the publication of the list mark the start of the supervision of campus football activities by the education department.With the above consideration,this paper attempts to study the management mechanism of campus football in characteristic schools.Dalian teenager campus football has made a number of achievements in youth soccer competitions in Liaoning province,China and in Asia.It has won the championship in Liaoning province for many years,and has sent more than a hundred excellent football players to provincial and the national football team.The high level of Dalian teenager campus football makes it one the best representatives of campus football in China.Therefore,this paper chooses Dalian as the study object.Methods used in this paper include literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire and logical analysis.By the study of management mechanism and management measures of campus football activities in Dalian,this paper comes to the following conclusions:1?Dalian youth football has established a three-level system,which includes school,district and municipal management.It has also formed a three-level competition system,including “headmaster cup”,“district cup”,“mayoral cup”.What's more,the training system is also comprised of three levels: the “campus football project”,the “teenagers green project”and the “talent training base”.2?Dalian campus football in characteristic schools has shown a good current situation with multiple forms of football activities,positive student participation,high support from parents,and considerate attention from school leaders.However,there are also some crucial problems,such as shortage of faculty,contradiction of learning and training of student players,insufficiency of propaganda,a lack of fund,potential safety hazard and so on.3?Dalian has established an organization with government,education division and schools playing the leading roles.The education division is responsible for overall management,taking the lead in formulating a comprehensive policy on campus football development and specific implementation plans,which promote the overall development of campus football in characteristic schools.The sports departments in schools strengthen the support of faculty and the organization of competition and training.They also help to promote the connection between campus football teams with sports schools and clubs,which can improve the level of campus football activities.4?This paper suggests that the campus football activities in Dalian should have a unified management concept,strengthen policy support and institutional guarantee,optimize the function and division of management departments,improve the scientific management method,and promote the specialization,institutionalization and standardization of campus football in characteristic schools.
