Group decision-making is an important research subject of social psychology, political science, management science and other disciplines. At the same time,in the daily life, the individual is faced with all kinds of decisions at all times, and it is difficult to solve all replying on the wisdom and ability of an individual,so the group decision-making constitute people's daily life and become essential to a form of decision-making.In order to avoid the shortcomings of individual decision-making,most of the decision-making are composed of many members of the community. There have been a variety of research results, including theory and methods in social management, economic, political, military and other aspects and has a wide range of guiding significance.Voting as a common form of group decision-making often becomes the scholars' s studying hot pot. However, since the birth of the study of voting theory, the research results of various schools have been complicated. So far, there has not yet been a unified conclusion on the factors that affect the voting results. On the contrary, different research methods for the same elements sometimes tend to produce the opposite conclusions, therefore, what factors in the voting process had an important impact, which is currently the focus of the study of scholars in the field of voting. On the basis of predecessors' researches, this paper through simulation experiment method takes 161 college students as subjects to research and the results of experimental data analysis reached the following three conclusions: firstly, regardless of whether the voting evaluations are clear, there is a significant difference between the anonymous and the real-name voting results.Compared with the real-name voting results, anonymous votes cast more votes in favor, but the real-name voting results are closer to expert voting results significantly.Secondly, the way of accountability have an impact on the results of voting, but the impact is also due to the situation: in the clear evaluations of voting, the accountability does not have a significant impact on the results of real-name voting while in the case of vague voting, whether or not to carry out the accountability has a significant effect on the results of real name voting, and the results of the accountability voting is more close to expert voting results.Thirdly, when there is a strong connection between the candidate and the voter, regardless of whether the evaluations are clear, the subjects under the anonymous vote are more likely to cast more votes in the strong relationship candidate. However, relationship strength does not have a significant impact on the real-name voting.Based on the conclusion of study, this paper puts forward the following four suggestions for perfecting the voting activities escecially in the expert comments on the evaluation awards situation.Firstly, the organizers should try to introduce properly the real name voting under the premise of protecting the privacy of the individual.Secondly,in the vague voting, the organizers should try to introduce properly the accountability voting.Thirdly,in the expert evaluation awards vote, the organizers should try to try to set up a standardized and objective evaluation criterias to avoid the production of gray areas.Fourthly, the organizers should try to avoid excessive exposure of candidates' non-relevant information and select the judges.
