objective: this study through to the chengdu sports collegeathletic sports school SanDaDui main athletes and the main force player for corestrength training, combined with the special knowledge through training after theimprovement of core strength of sanda athletes have obvious influence, to exploresuitable for chengdu sports college athletic sports school SanDaDui main main athletesand non athletes of core strength training methods, provides reference for sanda coachesscientific training. Methods: chengdu sports college athletic sports school SanDaDui12main players with12big players as experimental object, testing its core strengthtraining after24weeks core maximum isometric contraction force and core stabilitybefore and after the intervention, the change of human body balance, flexibility andother indicators, understand this experiment design of core strength training program forchengdu sports college athletic sports school SanDaDui athletes. Results:(1) the maincore strength training athletes compared before and after the intervention, one leg rightat ZuoWeiTi proneness, close your eyes, left one leg stand stand close your eyes, trunkside bending, torso right after bending, torso forward bends, trunk and7indicators havesignificant difference (P <0.05);[2] the main core strength training athletes comparedbefore and after the intervention, only the trunk forward bends, trunk stretch, trunk onthe left side of the swing after3indicators show significant difference (P <0.05);(3)main athletes compared with the main player, the core strength training interventionbefore the right one leg stand close their eyes and torso right swing have significantdifference, the core strength training before intervention after the trunk flexor musclestrength, trunk muscle strength, after the trunk on the left side of the flexor musclestrength, trunk flexor muscle imbalance on the right side4indicators show significantdifference (P <0.05). Conclusion:(1) in the sanda sports core strength training schemedesign, not only should closely with sanda special characteristics, and combined withathlete’s sports ability should be paid attention to, group training, so that training effect is more prominent. Specific to chengdu sports college athletic sports school SanDaDui,of the main player should select stable core strength training method, can choose thestability after level training method.(2) from the main force player than the mainplayers in the core strength training intervention after the core strength to improve fasterresults, the experimental design of the core strength training program for the bodyquality is good, is more suitable for professional training athletes for a longer time.(3)from the point of sanda sport, core maximum isometric contraction strength is not thebigger the better. The size of the isometric strength athletes core should correspond tothe level of athletes. Because if the athletes’ isometric strength increases too, thecorresponding muscle fibers will become coarse, athlete’s weight will be increased, leadto changes in entry level.(4) will be introduced to the core idea and method of strengthtraining sanda sports coaches and athletes got the consensus.
