A family is the basic cell of society,so the normal functioning of families ensures the good running of society. While people are the basic unit of families, families are the places that people rely on for survival from birth to death, from a toddler to a student, since working to marriage, having children until death. All these activities are based on family and require family support,so harmonious and healthy parent-child relationship is essential to the healthy development of children and the harmony and stability of the whole family. In real life, there are a lot of problems concerning parent-child relations,in other words, many parents and children have difficulty in forming a harmonious relationship. At present, though much efforts have been made on studying the characteristics of high school students,parent-child conflict influencing factors and solutions, questionnaires and so on,the existing research about parent-child conflict of high school students mainly rests on theoretical level, there are few studies involving the intervention of social work system. Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of social work, focuses on the social work intervention on a client in bad parent-child relationship based on system theory, the skills and treating methods of Satir family therapy model. The paper studies on social work intervention on helping the client in bad parent-child relationship to enjoy harmonious relationship from the perspective of social work by using the skills and treating methods of Satir family therapy model. The family is a relatively stable system. The tangible and intangible rules produced in the interaction of family members form a relatively stable family structure and form the specific communication patterns among members. The research, based on system theory, regards family as a systematic whole and family members as components of the system, and holds that every member of the family has its own pattern of seeing things.Internal interpretation determines a person's consistent pattern of behavior, which in turn is influenced and affected by the effect of behavior.A person's inner interpretation is interacted with his external behavior, and their interaction makes feedback cycle. The internal and external behavior and explanation of each member of the family will at the same time in turn affect other members.Their relationship is circular feedback rather than linear causality. Both normal and abnormal behavior is the result of a cascade of circular feedback. For this reason, any pathological reason should not be sought from the individual or individual psychodynamic perspective but to explore within the family structure. The client in this study has a complex family structure,so the main task of the case work is to find out the internal relationship in the family, and firstly make efforts on the intervention on the whole family so as to change the psychological state and family relationship pattern for the client and form new rules and interaction patterns in the family.
