The Influence Of Sling Exercise Training (S-E-T) On Judose's Special Physical Fitness

Sling Exercise Training(S-E-T)is an international popular physical training method in recent years.The present study of S-E-T more concentrated on more mature sports and competitive sports.Judose competition is a unique sport in China,however,there is not perfect and systematic training and evaluation methods,resulting in less research on S-E-T.Taken the S-E-T as a breakthrough,this paper designs a training program.To explore the impact of S-E-T on the core strength of the Judose athletes,this paper is designed to provide data to support it.In this paper,30 athletes from Shenyang Sport University are selected as the research subjects.The experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods are applied to the research.All the samples are randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and 15 subjects in the experimental group,including 8 male athletes and 7 female athletes;15 subjects in the control group,including 8 male athletes and 7 female athletes.There exists no difference in the data between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.The experimental group is arranged for the 8-week S-E-T,while the control group for 8-week traditional physical training.Eventually,the results of the training are tested by independent sample T test and paired sample T test,both of which are evaluated.Research results:(1)After 8-week S-E-T training intervention,the results of physical fitness index test show that experimental group in 60 s sit-ups has significant changes before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the control group before and after the experiment have no significant change(P>0.05);the results of back-up test between the experimental group and the control group show a big difference,the experimental group has a very significant change after the experiment(P<0.05),while the control group do not change significantly(P>0.05);the experimental group and the control group after the two experiment tests indicate significant changes(P<0.01).In the 90-degree barbell-squat test,there exists a great difference between the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group has a very significant change after the experiment(P<0.01),while the control group has a certain change before and after the experiment(P<0.05).(2)After 8-week S-E-T training intervention,the results of special physical fitness index test showthe experimental group and control group have a big difference in jump height,single legstanding long jump,single leg squat static test.More importantly,the experimental group compared with those before the experiment there is more significant change(P<0.01),while there is no significant change in the control group before and after the test except the single leg jump high for male athletes(P>0.05),the other three tests have significant changes(P<0.05).The three tests of experimental group after the experiment and the control group after the experiment indicate very significant changes(P<0.01).(3)The core stability index results of 8-week S-E-T in the waist buckling test,lumbar extension test,left and right bridge test in the experimental group and the control group are very different,the experimental group compared with those before the experiment there is significant change(P<0.01),the control group of male and female athletes in the core stability test after the experiment compared with pre-test data have significant differences(P>0.05).In the core stability test male and female athletes in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment have significant differences(P<0.01).The results of three test items in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment have very significant changes(P<0.01).(4)Physical fitness,special physical fitness and core stability of the relevant test indicators are consistent with the trend of gender change,and there is no difference between the sexes.Conclusions:(1)8-week S-E-T is helpful to improve the Judose athletes physical fitness and special physical fitness,Judose athletes waist area muscle strength improve significantly,lower limb muscle groups of the explosive force,maximum strength and strength endurance training is much better than the traditional training,which is mainly manifested in the lumbar and abdominal muscles burst strength and strength endurance and lower limb specific mobility.(2)On the basis of the improvement of the core muscle strength,the 8-week S-E-T can significantly improve the core stability of the Judose athletes.It is mainly reflected in the unstable state training through the establishment of a strong core muscle strength training for the athletes to create the fulcrum of lower limb movement,coordination,transmission and control technology to provide the basis for optimization.(3)The 8-week S-E-T improves the core strength of the Judose athletes and the core stability.There is a corresponding relationship between core strength and core stability,that is,the core strength interacts with the core stability,the former determines the latter,the former is the latter's form of expression.Suggestions:(1)The process of the study is limited by various factors leading to the relatively small sample size and short duration.It is suggested to increase the sample size and training cycle in the course of training and scientific research in the future.(2)Even though the equipment of S-E-T is simple,it is difficult for beginners to train.Therefore,it is recommended that in the future the training should be carried out with the basic core strength training and then the suspension training will be followed gradually.(3)There are many kinds of S-E-T methods and actions.It is suggested that the selection of the S-E-T action should be combined with the characteristics of the sports events in the future.(4)It is suggested that S-E-T should be based on the rigorous scientific attitude and solid theoretical guidance in the training in the future.Besides,in the physical training of Judose athletes,the S-E-T and traditional training should be combined together,to make up for the deficiency of single training process.Innovative training methods and means,strengthen medical supervision,and data monitoring will be taken to build a better training system.The theories of core strength and core stability are combined with special training practice,which have achieved remarkable results.Scientific system of core strength training should be an important part of physical training for Judose athletes,but not all.The process of training and scientific research in the future should also focus on the integration and optimization among the core strength training,traditional training and the special strength training proportion to explore further to achieve the optimal training effect,additional,the training methods and means should also be more systematic and scientific.To create a new era of new physical training requires us to make much more efforts on the basis of theory and practice.
