In recent years, with the domestic and foreign experts on core physical strength training in the theory and practice of research on the core strength training is gradually accepted coaches, and in some sports fitness training carried out. In thinking about core strength training and traditional strength training contact, we will find, core strength training more concerned about deep muscle and training of instability, and based on this, used in medical rehabilitation on the suspension training was introduced in the sport of physical training.At home and abroad to adopt suspensory technology core strength training method is developing, a lot of sports also at the stage of exploration, in actual applications, the coaches of suspension-mass pendulums training function, the function is not clear, many fitness rehabilitation training methods are indiscriminate use to sport.This paper selects 12 Beijing SanDa team pre-christmas 15-17 years old athletes as research object, the reference for athletes, coaches, the evaluation according to the technical and strength equivalence matching grouping. Using the mathematical statistics, the literature material law, image analysis and experiment method of suspension-mass pendulums training in sanda training mobilization core strength investigated. After analysis and conclusions:1 After eight weeks of suspension of sanda athlete training of core strength increased significantly in the physical quality and performance, such as nearly as a test of zhang index improved significantly. 2 Core strength to further improve more can increase sanda athlete skill moves smoothness, stability, improve the athlete's competitive ability.3 Suspension training can mobilize the core region of deep muscle, arouse more power conducive to finish.4 In training sanda athlete of the force at the core, suspensory training should be compared with the traditional strength training combined, mutual complementary.
