Objective:This study aimed at investigate the lower limb biomechanics of two different 90°turning gait when wear MBT shoes.We collected Kinematic and dynamic data when subjects completed three different gait(straight gait,SPIN and STEP),So we can offer some advice for the choice of turning gait in the rehabilitation training and measurement if MBT shoes can be used as training shoes in the rehabilitation training or not.Method:20 male college students participated in this study.In this study we design three motion :1 90°left turn supported by the right foot(STEP).2 90°right turn supported by the right foot(SPIN).3 Straight walking(SW).All three motions were completed on a T channel that we designed before test when subjects wear MBT shoes and normal shoes.VICON 3-D motion capture system were used for collects the lower limb kinematics data of subjects.Kistler 3-D force plate were used for collects dynamic data.The data we collected were the peak angel of hip,knee,ankle in three plane and ground reaction force.At last we used SPSS18.0 software for the statistical analysis.Results: After we analysis the data of three gait when subjects wear normal shoes we discovered.that compare with straight walking,SPIN perform lager abduction?internal rotation and extorsion peak angle.smaller adduction peak angle in hip,smaller flexion peak angle and lager abduction peak angle in knee,lager abduction,internal rotation,extorsion peak angle and smaller flexion peak angle in ankle.STEP perform larger abduction peak angle and smaller adduction peak angle in hip,smaller flexion peak angle and lager adduction peak angle in knee,smaller flexion peak angle in ankle.when subjects completed three gait wear MBT shoes.comparison SW,STEP and SPIN gait performed smaller flexion peak angle and large adduction internal-rotation,extorsion peak angel in hip.Smaller flexion peak angel in knee and ankle,greater adduction and abduction peak angel in knee.But there are no significant statistical difference between two different shoes.In aspect of dynamics comparison the change trend of GRF,WE found STEP performed a wave crest in early stance.the variation trend of three gait in mid-stance are very similar.comparison two different shoes,MBT shoes performed a soft wave crest in mid-stance of SPIN gait and two wave crest in early stance of STEP gait.Conclusion:SPIN gait is much more complex than STEP gait.the biomechanics of two different shoes in two different turning gait are similar.the unstable construction of MBT shoes can accelerate the push-off movement of ankle.We should pay more attention on the protection of the ankle when do the turning training.The STEP turning should be used for the turning training.When people do the exercise which contains lots turning gait we should protect the ankle more carefully.MBT shoes can be used as training shoes in the rehabilitation training.
