In July 2010,the state council has promulgated The National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)(hereinafter referred to as “The Outline ”),which clearly states: “To explore the way of the separation between the university entrance exam and admissions;to organize the implementation of government macro management,to form professional examination institutions,then universities can recruit students in accordance with the law independently,at the same time students can choose for several times,in these ways,we can gradually form classification test,comprehensive evaluation and multiple admission examination recruitment system.”“ We will explore to implement exams severval times a year for some subjects,explore to establish social examination system.”Since then,socialization of examination reform has entered people's field of vision,and becomes a heated discussion topic among the academic education and social field.Since the promulgation of examination reform file,the previous five years have passed away,This five years we made a lot of tentative reform in the college entrance examination,including specific test content,form as well as examination time.And we finally has determined to take college entrance English examination two times a year.To explore a kind of multivariate admission mechanism,which based on the unified college entrance examination,high school level test scores and the overall quality appraisal.Starting from the reform history of the college entrance examination English test,the writer analyses historically the effects of the college entrance examination reform in high school English teaching,to summary and analysis problems and argument in today's high school English teaching.On the impact of the reform of socialization of the college entrance examination to high school English teaching,the author found the following problems that exist in high school English teaching by the means of interview and survey.First,under the influence of the college entrance examination English examination system,our teaching methods become rough and simple,characterized by teaching only for test,ignoring the cultivation of the students' English learning interest,ignoring the cultivation of the students learning motivation.Second,English learning methods in the college entrance examination English system deviate from the real meaning of English learning,which made English learning into a "dumb English","deaf English".Third,the college entrance examination English examchractered by too many examination times and too little practice.Fourth,the strength of college entrance examination English tests of listening comprehension,oral English test is too small,the content topic design also is not in conformity with the demand for English ability in today's society.At the same time,the reform of socialization of the college entrance examination English will face challenges from following three aspects: A,how to adjust the socialization of the college entrance examination English exam and the contradiction of the implementation of the current high school curriculum standard,orderly and effective for teaching activities.B,how to ensure social English exam a year two of validity and reliability of test results.C,how to make use of social education resources such as education training service socialization reform.On the basis of this,explore the influence of the reform of socialization tendency of NMET in high school English teaching.
