The Investigation And Countermeasures Of Weinan Sports Center

Weinan City is located at the east of the central Shaanxi plain which is not only the most important area on the New Eurasian continental,but also the “east gate” of Shaanxi Province.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan,Weinan start its development for center sports facilities which includes natatorium,gymnasium,stadium and the standard of this project is absolutely first-class.Thus,Weinan not only changed the appearance of backward on sports,but also gained its brand new landmark.The center sports stadium of Weinan is not only the number one center stadium among all the prefecture-level cities in northeast China,but the only demonstration base of sport in Shaanxi Province.In order to serve the citizen better,we take center stadium of Weinan as model in this paper,then analyze the operation of this stadium through questionnaire and mathematical analysis,afterwards,discover strategies to solve the current problems and strengthen the advantages of the center stadium of Weinan.Research shows that though center stadium of Weinan has the first-class facilities along with the support of national government,the status of operation is still unsatisfied.The principle of this stadium should be “build by people,use by people”,and the idea of having such a first-class stadium should be fix the problem of lack of sports facilities,complete the city function,satisfy the citizen needs and hold national&international competitions,but,a remote location blocked most of the income project.Though the stadium still has income,the state subsidy is still under demand.In order to offset the problem and increasing income of center stadium of Weinan,we delivered 3 strategies in this paper which is: attract people from different ages with multiple sports facilities in order to increase the footfall;rational planning the unoccupied area and invite investment;PRO&CON the current mode of operation,thinking of its essence to its dregs and make the past serve the present.
