A Study On The Social Work Education Thought Of Yan Xinzhe

Social work education has taken a leading postion in the development of social work,becoming a significant realm of social work.The cultivation and output of high-quality social work professionals are accomplished by social work education.Social work has appeared in China more than a century ago,during which time the rapid development of social work in the field of education witnessed gigantic achievement as well.In the period of the Republic of China,the social work education has taken shape.Analyzing the growth of social work education during that time is valuable to explore the social work education thought of the core work,development of social work and contemporary social work education in the Republic of China,hence discussing the philosophy of social work education thinking.This article consists of four parts.The first part of the introduction is to analyze the research background,indicating the purpose and significance of this study.Besides,the Republican period of social work education related literature review and summary will be given,pointing out the research status and deficit.The second part states the back ground of the idea of the social work education development,maily discuss from social background and personal background.The third part lays emphsis on the idea of social work education,which contains the four-level social work talent view,the idea of the social work curriculum system design,the social work practice teaching and the social work method Related Ideas.On the basis of this,the forth part first evaluates the social work education thought of the heart philosophy,and then concludes that the social work education should attach great importance to the cultivation of social work talents and discuss the feasibility of teaching in order to nurture social work Special elites.Both theoretical teaching and practice teaching should complement each other from the historical reference.
