With the development of society and the improvement of the economic level,the football industry is booming,become a part of the most vitality with Chinese culture and sports in the country.In recent years,the football cause attention and investment,but also cultivate a large number of outstanding football talent,but the football industry prospered behind,but there are also football athlete without effective placement caused many problems and serious waste of human resources.More seriously,football education in an awkward position in our country,the lack of professional teachers,the lack of investment in education,youth football no school.It can be seen that the occupation development of retired football player and the lack of scientific and effective planning.Therefore,the retired football players and is very necessary to learn at the status of the investigation,and strive to explore a retired occupation football player to primary and secondary schools to teach the road Scientific development model can not only solve the problem of difficult employment of retired football players,but also make use of their professional skills to promote the long-term development of China's football industry.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the author investigated the retired football players in Nanjing primary and middle schools:The overall educational background is low,the age structure tends to be younger,the gender imbalance is more serious,the professional title level is in the middle lower level,the technical level is higher,and the coach level is lower.Administrative management,management system is not perfect.The management of teachers of special funds,amounted to 300 thousand yuan every year.Teachers treatment level is low,more than half of the teachers are not satisfied with the treatment.The loss of teachers in Nanjing city mainly flows from the suburbs to the city,from primary school to senior school.The training of teachers mainly take pre job training,on-the-job training and school-based training 3 modes.Most people want to participate in the training of nearly 3 years,all people are only attended one or two training.The main purpose of training is to improve their own quality.Training is mainly composed of school,provincial and municipal organizations,the form of football training,football seminar or other forms of learning activities,the vast majority of people to participate in the training.The training system is satisfied with the AFC C level coaches training courses,training courses Chinese Football Association class D coach E,Nanjing Football Association coaches training courses and campus football coaches training program 4.There are some problems such as the lack of equal attention and attention of the football teachers,the general dissatisfaction with the treatment and the lack of systematic and targeted training of the teachers in the football retired athletes in primary and secondary schools.The author puts forward the following suggestions: improve the football teachers conversion mechanism,improve the overall level of professional football teachers.Change management idea,change the way of management,the formation of a scientific and effective management system,improve the teachers' social status and treatment of football teaching and training,mobilize their enthusiasm for work.In the scientific and reasonable methods to establish a set of perfect teachers the training system,training knowledge and skills into full occupation of retired athletes,to prepare for the occupation of successful transition.
