In today's primary school education,all schools are concerned about the class management of the class teachers.In fact,the task of the primary school class teacher is not only to ensure the students' academic achievements,but also to lay a good foundation for the overall development of the students.In school moral education and the cultivation of students' autonomy,the theme class team activity is the most important way,which can greatly promote the development of students.The study of the activities of the theme class team will have a great impact on the school moral education and the improvement of the students' autonomy.Based on the theoretical foundation of children's moral cognition,multiple intelligence and collective education,this paper collate the basic principles that should be followed in the theme team activities: education principle,pertinence principle,subjectivity principle,maneuverability principle and interest principle.The research method is as follows: the first part defined the survey,including the questionnaire for the teacher(from the education purpose,education form,education in effect three aspects)and questionnaires for students to carry out(from the main theme class team activities,theme class activity education,theme class team activities,the theme of interest class activity frequency four);second part of the interview for the teacher,combined with the "theme class team assessment and survey of students,teacher interviews,interviews from the teacher in charge to carry out in-depth understanding of the theme of class activities encountered difficulties in the process,the existing problems,puts forward the Countermeasures for improvement.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results and the collation of the interview materials,the survey results of the J Yangzhou primary school theme class team activities include: first,the theme team activities reflect the pertinence of education.Second,the theme class team activities promoted the development of students' ability.Third,the theme class team activities show the interest of the activities.Fourth,the theme class team activities need to improve the students' subjectivity.Fifth,there are forms of obsolescence in the activities of the theme class team.Sixth,the school has not paid enough attention to the activities of the theme class team.In order to promote the activities of the theme class team to carry out better,the article gives the following suggestions to improve the following points: first,the theme class team activities should fully reflect the students' subjectivity.Second,the content of the theme class team should return to life.Third,the theme class team should strive to be new in form.Fourth,the theme class team should strive to diversify.
