Young athletes because of their special growth and development stage,the rapid development of some important qualities of the sensitive period,but also a strong ability to imitate,and thus is the best time for technical action learning.However,in the training of young athletes,too much attention to the exercise of physical fitness,lack of movement techniques,movement posture testing,which may form the wrong muscle force patterns,resulting in sports injury.The purpose of this study is to investigate the score of FMS for young soccer players and provide reference for the scientific detection of potential injuries of young soccer players.The method of literature data,test method,logic analysis and mathematical statistics were used to screen the functional movements of young male football players in Fuzhou.The height,weight,age and training time of young soccer players are counted.And according to the BMI value of football players,age and training trends in the trend analysis.The results showed that:1,The results of the seven functional motor screening tests of Fuzhou youth soccer players showed good overall performance Higher than the functional action screening and lattice points 14 points.Young soccer players scored lower on single-legged supine and straight-legged archers.In the squat,straight-legged and lumbar lift leg lift alone have 0 points appear.The relationship between age and movement screening of teenager football players shows that the score of athletes' movements is declining with the age of athletes,and the descending trend is very obvious after 20 years old.This is because the young football players lack muscle strength in the core area of the body,leading to their decline in stability and affect the action screening score.The relationship between the BMI index and the action screening showed that,with the increase of the BMI index of young soccer players,the fluctuation trend in the functional motor screening test showed.When the BMI index>24,the young football player's functional action screening score was significantly reduced,the action screening score was only 13.55,has been lower than the passing of the pass screening,The relationship between the training duration and the action screening of teen soccer players shows that the test of functional motor screening shows a decreasing trend with the increase of the training time of teen soccer players.Among them,the training of 9-10 years of adolescent football player functional motor screening the most significant decline in action,the average value of only 14.3 screening,at the passing level,there is the risk of sports injury.
