Objective:To study the use of Functional Movement Sreen,the action of functional screening and scoring evaluation by 47 athletes of different sports 5 sports teams,to explore the characteristics of different sports injuries,the special movement function,motor function of the weak point and injury prone parts to provide reference and suggestions for the sports movement rehabilitation training and physical training,and provide reference for further research on different groups of sports injury prevention and research.Subjects and methods:in Shanxi Sports Vocational College Taekwondo,wrestling,martial arts,golf,Sanda,47 members of Functional Movement Sreen test,according to the Functional Movement Sreen test method for each athlete teams respectively,using the analysis of test results of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,analysis the same points of different sports and the difference of the Functional Movement Sreen scores.The results were as follows:the average score of five Sanda scores was 13.7,and the remaining four items were all above 14 points.the comparison of the specific actions of Functional Movement Sreen tests of different special subjects was conducted by independent sample T test.Compared with two of different special squats test,Sanda compared with golf,taekwondo and wrestling,P<0.05 had significant difference.There are significant differences between Wushu and wrestling P<0.05.The test scores of the hurdles Step were compared with two teams,and there was no significant difference between the five teams.The In-Line Lunge test score of two teams compared to the five special mutual comparison showed no significant difference.Compared with two teams scores of shoulder Mobility test,there were significant differences between Wushu and wrestling and golf P<0.05.Active Straght Leg Rise test score two teams and the comparison between the golf and Taekwondo,wrestling and Sanda has significant difference in P<0.05.The score of the test of Rotary Stability-Quadruped was two teams,and there was no significant difference between the five items.There were Trunk Stability Push-up significant differences between wrestling and golf,taekwondo and P<0.05 compared with two teams test scores.There are significant differences between Taekwondo and Sanda P<0.05.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The scores of wrestling teams were higher,and the lowest average scores appeared in body rotation stability.Golf and Taekwondo teams have the lowest physical stability and average score.The stability of the upper and lower limbs is poor,the upper limb strength is relatively weak,and the core stability is poor.Wushu and Sanda teams mainly suffer from ankle joint and waist pain.(2)According to the score of each special feature,Sanda compared with the other four specialties,the basic sports ability is poor,and the risk of injury is higher.Martial arts shoulder flexibility is relatively high,golf legs flexibility is relatively poor,the upper limb strength and core stability of wrestling is better than other special items.Taekwondo has a full score of flexibility in the lower extremity.(3)Compared with other special sports,fighting has more physical damage.Some injuries are not caused by incorrect body posture or unbalanced instability.But these injuries also affect the physical quality of athletes.The sports form a single special sport is more likely to produce more sports injuries than the complex and changeable movements in the form of movement.The latter mobilizes the body muscles to participate more in the regular training or competition,and the development of the muscles is more balanced and sufficient than the former.The core muscle group is an important part of the three movements of the hurdles,the crouching and the body rotation,which plays an importantrole in the basic movement and ability of the human body.It shows that the core muscles in the different sports are the parts of the training.In special training,the weak muscles of their own are not neglected.These weak muscle groups may cause problems in the sports chain of athletes and lead to the occurrence of sports injury.
