With the popular sports?national fitness awareness deeply rooted into the heart, more and more people get in love with tennis.Tennis not only sets the athletics, fitness, leisure in the integration of project characteristics, but also it achieves outstanding results in promoting the body metabolism, regulating the central nervous system and preventing the diseases of Cardiovascular. In China, the development of tennis is very rapid, more and more people involved,it has become a widely adaptable sport activity. However, the movement of tennis technology is very complex,it requirements the physical quality of the participants highly and prone to sport injuries. As the core area of the tennis sport, waist is the hub of the power transmission, relying on the spine and waist muscles of the substantial stretching and twisting to complete each action,so in a long period of overload, the waist injury rate is high,it make the participants can not be normal training, and even to affect the daily life greatly. Therefore, this study aims to explore the Mechanism of McKenzie's response to low back pain and prove its rationality by means of Rehabilitation Experiment Studies that McKenzie's therapy is for low back pain of tennis enthusiasts. It provides a treatment plan for low back pain of tennis enthusiasts and provides reference for clinical treatment. Objective:By Analysing and comparing with the changes of detection scores of Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire, lumbar motion test,McGill Pain Scale-summary(SF-MPQ)that were measured in McKenzie Mechanics Interventions and the non-intervention control group before and after the experiment,to explore whether the McCain therapy for tennis enthusiasts with low back pain has a good therapeutic effect. So as to explore an effective intervene rehabilitation mean that can eliminate the pain for tennis enthusiasts, and promote more tennis enthusiasts to take participate in tennis, promote the development of tennis, enhance the national physical and mental health. Methods: This study combs the related literatures through documentation method;visits the rehabilitation medical experts, physical therapists, senior tennis coaches and sports training experts through interviewing with experts, and listens to the advice and assistance of experts;Through the questionnaire evaluation method, screens out 429 tennis fans from 6 tennis Clubs in Tangshan city of Hebei province using Roland-Morris dysfunction(RMDQ)tables.Choose81 tennis fans of lower back pain obviously, and ranking from high to low by RMDQ test scores, selects the top 70 as experimental objects;Through the experimental method,70 subjects are randomly divided into control group of 35 objects(natural recovery group),experimental group of 35 objects(e rehabilitation group). The experimental group carries out the intervention of McKenzie mechanical therapy for a period of 16 weeks;Three evaluation indexes of Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire, lumbar activity test, and a simple table(SF-MPQ)of McKenzie pain scale are used before and after the experiment.;Saves the test data before and after the experiment; The data are evaluated and analyzed by mathematical statistics, and then the results are obtained. Results: First, after the experiment, the activity of the lumbar vertebrae in the experimental group was higher than that before the experiment, and the activity of the waist in the control group also increased. But the activity of the experimental group compared with the control group increased significantly in all directions of the waist, with significant differences.Second, the pain scores of the two groups were improved after the experiment, but the improvement of the pain score in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group.Third, after the experiment, the scores of the subjects in the two groups were decreased in different degrees, indicating that the dysfunction of the two groups improved, but the experimental group dysfunction score compared with the control group has significant differences. The results showed that the experimental group had significantly increased the activity of lumbar joint through Mackenzie therapy, the pain was significantly reduced, the dysfunction was significantly reduced, the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Therefore,it is concluded that McKenzie therapy has a positive effect on lower back pain, and the effect is better than that of natural recovery group. So that McKenzie therapy has a significant improvement for tennis enthusiasts with low back pain.Hope that we can provide a effective way for the majority of tennis enthusiasts treatment of low back pain, improve their level of exercise and healthy state of exercise, provide a feasibility analysis for clinical treatment of low back pain.
