On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Vocational Education In Fuzhou City

Rural vocational education refers to the training and management of technical personnel in the construction of rural areas and services for the rural society.At present,China is in the background of constructing new socialist countryside.In-depth researches on the development of rural vocational education are at the beginning stage,although some achievements have been made,there are no systematically studies.The achievements of the developed countries in developing their vocational education in rural areas need to be collected,analyzed and used for reference.The experiences gained should be studied and utilized selectively to fit in China's actual conditions.Therefore,the topic of this thesis has important theoretical and practical value.The paper takes Fuzhou rural vocational education as the research object.By using the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,and descriptive statistics,the paper explores the current situation,experiences,problems and causes,and countermeasures for development.Based on the mature experiences and practices of development in vocational education in rural areas home and abroad,the paper tries to find out the modes and ways of development of rural vocational education.By integrating the actual situation and successful stories domestically and internationally,the paper puts forward the solutions for further development of the rural vocational education.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the study background,research aims and significance,research status home and abroad,and research ideas and methods.The second part is literature review,expounding related concepts of rural areas,including the experiences of various countries,problems in the development of rural vocational education in China,and future development approaches.The third part summarizes several development stages of rural vocational education from the initial development,to the rapid development,and to the slow development stage.At the same time,the paper describes the current situation from the perspectives of program design,facilities,funds,teachers,and other factors.The fourth part provides the questionnaire survey to analyze the existing problems of vocational education in rural areas of Fuzhou from the perspectives of students,teachers,teaching equipments,and program design.The underlying causes include economic development,the imprisonment of mind,personnel quality,and education costs.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural vocational education in Fuzhou.The rural vocational education should have flexible modes.It is important to establish a government-led investment mechanism for diversified rural vocational education and create a good environment for the reform and development of rural vocational education.
