Table tennis forehand hits the upper and lower slash ball technology as the most basic forehand technical action,and at the same time meets the combination of the men's athletes' forehand breakthrough tactics in the current stage of the game,so it is especially important for men's table tennis players.On the basis of previous studies,this thesis conducts sports biology on the six main parts of the athletes,namely shoulder,elbow,wrist,hip,knee,ankle angle and moment change,in the two ways of hitting the ball in the forehand stroke.Comparative analysis of characteristics,a rigorous kinematics and dynamics contrast analysis of the excellent men's table tennis players'forward and downward slash movements,in order to explore the technical movements of the two hitting methods in the swinging stroke Sex,similarities and differences.The experimental data acquisition is used to quantify the motion structure combination,and finally the dynamic stereotype effect is achieved.This paper analyzes the angle of motion biomechanical characteristics,and rises from the theoretical research of hitting and lower spin slash technology to interpret the special sports composition structure of two kinds of hitting methods,which fills the predecessors' research insufficiency in this aspect.The particularity of the hitting method establishes a sports structure model and improves the systematic composition of the study of table tennis.Such research results not only provide the training team with a scientific and reasonable sports structure model,but also provide guidance and guidance for the public table tennis.In the early part of this paper,we collected the literature by searching for "table tennis" and "kinematics analysis" and used the Swedish QALILYS infrared three-dimensional camera test system and two KISTLER force tables to test the outstanding athletes of the six men's table tennis team of Shaanxi Normal University.The technical analysis of the biomechanical characteristics of the upper and lower slashes was carried out by hand.Combined with the expert interview method,the common points and differences of the technical movements of the six outstanding male athletes were obtained.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to meet the front-swinging upper-spinning ball as far as possible,the swinging shot hits the spin-shoulder joint and rotates 8.23° more than the spin-out,and the arm extends 3.67° outward.The body is far away.(2)When the ball is hit during the swinging stroke,in order to increase the rotation speed of the ball,the inward rotation angle and the force of the forearm of the holding side should be increased.At the time of hitting,the forearm rotates inward by 23.97°.At the same time,it is necessary to increase the flexion angle of the elbow joint and the strength of the wrist joint abduction.(3)In the control of the shooting angle of the swinging shot stage,in order to avoid excessive overshooting phenomenon,it is necessary to suppress the dorsiflexion angle when hitting the spine wrist joint,and hitting the spine dorsiflexion angle is smaller than hitting the spinner 6.7.°.In order to increase the frictional contact area between the face and the sphere,it is necessary to increase the angle of the spine by 14.08°and the dorsiflexion angle by 6.7°.(4)In the initial stage of the swing stroke,the knee joint flexion amplitude is increased,and at the same time,the amplitude of the hip extension on both sides is increased,so that a better hitting effect can be achieved when the spin is hit.(5)In the process of completing two different hitting techniques,the lower limbs basically follow the order of the sequential force of the ankle and the knee joint,and the momentum is transmitted in turn,gradually accumulating upward.
