A Study On The Interdisciplinary Coaching Team Of Beach Volleyball Of China

Beach volleyball sports came into China in recent years,but it developed very fast.During this period,we have won silver and bronze medals in women's competitions at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,champion of the 2013 World Women's Beach Volleyball Championship,and several male champions of the World Tour Championship of International Volleyball Federation.However,the development of beach volleyball in China has entered a low period since the Rio Olympic Games.The compound coach team is a worldwide trend in the development of competitive sports.In order to promote the further improvement of the competitive level of beach volleyball of China,and return to the golary time of Beijing Olympic and London Olympic,this paper studies the construction of the compound coaching team of beach volleyball in China by the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.The results are as follows :1.China's Beach Volleyball National team coach team composed of various provinces and cities,a number of positions as a single character,no;most coaches duties cannot reasonably play;because the coach team roles,lead to seriously affect the team operation;not a team with composite coach team requirements.2.Find out the theoretical and practical basis for constructing and perfecting the composite construction team of beach volleyball in China.Reference system theory,social system theory and organizational behavior theory are used as theoretical basis for constructing and improving the structure,composition and operation mechanism of the compound coach team of beach volleyball.Taking the combination of the Chinese women's volleyball compound coach team and the world beach volleyball advantage national team coach team as well as the National Sports General Administration Development Policy as the realistic basis of our beach volleyball compound coach team's construction.3.according to the theoretical basis,we set up the ideal model of our beach volleyball compound coach team,and describe the construction and improvement of the composition of the beach volleyball compound coach team,the role and the operation mechanism of the three aspects.On the basis of the ideal composition structure,it describes its reasonable and perfect role and operation mechanism.
