Nowadays,the competition of swimming events is more and more fierce.Most professional athletes technology has reached the level of automation,the technology without upside,coaches realized simply raising technique is unable to stand to champion peak,must strengthen strength training,believe that strength training has a crucial effect on the grade of the athlete.However,not all strength training can play a positive role,for example,the single strength training means and unreasonable training load will lead to fatigue and injury.When making the special strength training,therefore,must consider all aspects of factors,the choice of reasonable combination of strength training methods and actions,it can not only improve the athletes' strength to bear ability,and can better turn athletes strength quality and ability in the special,ultimately enable athletes to achieve the ideal performance.This paper,based on the movement of breaststroke special demand and athletes personal circumstances demand,combined with the heat of the national games,world championships and national games during the final three games for the schedule and target,by using different combinations of strength training methods and load arrangement.Through the training for a season,will be used via different combinations of different training methods,load arrange to sorting and statistical result influence,to explore different ways of combination of strength training on the improvement of performance athletes,sports performance.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the national games mainly adopts heats in a single joint,far side support,active muscle and the way of the combination of the large muscle group and the great physiological load of exercise,moderate load arrangement is given priority to,the athletes' load capacity have been improved,but the players' water performance,performance and increased a smaller chain coherence.(2)during the world athletics championships based on multiple joints,muscle near side support or antagonism and small muscle group in the way of combination and higher activity and higher intensity in the load arrangement is given priority to,the athletes' load capacity is increased further,improve the preliminaries of the national games water 0.13 s,athletic performance and dynamic chain could improve a degree of coherence.(3)to use more in the national games during the final near side of the combined joint and the joint training,support and distal supporting composition training,combination of agonist and antagonist muscle training and big muscle group and the way of the combination of the small muscles and low amount of exercise,maintain a certain intensity load arrangement is given priority to,further improve the player's score higher water world championships again,0.17 s higher than that of the world athletics championships,0.24 s higher than that of the national games qualifier,turned off the athletic performance limitation,hold water dynamics and continuity of athletes power chain got improved significantly.
