The arrival of the new era marks the need for better development of Chinese basketball matches under the host and guest system.This will not only meet the needs of our people's growing good sports life in the new era,but also make the development of the basketball matches better serve the audience.In recent years,the so-called "home whistle" of the Chinese basketball professional league has attracted much attention and has become a "potential crisis" in the course of the development of the Chinese basketball league with high quality and high level.To a certain extent,it has restricted the further deepening reform of China's basketball system.However,there are relatively few literatures on scientific research on home posts.Therefore,It is necessary to analyze the objective existence of "home whistle",to clarify the concept of home whistle and its manifestation,to prove the inherent logic of the deviation between the concept of "home whistle" and the public concept,to judge the boundary of "home whistle" and "black whistle" rationally,to accurately grasp the scale of the referee in the field of law enforcement and to clarify the referee.It is an important and urgent problem that the psychological tendency and the latent rules restrict the public's understanding of the "home whistle",enhance the credibility of the referees and promote the healthy development of the basketball games in China.In view of this,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,case analysis,logical analysis and other research methods to analyze and respond to the "home whistle" of Chinese basketball under the host and guest game system.It is intended to create an ecological environment that supports the reform of the mechanism of the basketball league,to form a good atmosphere for the decision of basketball referees,and to build a management mechanism of the referee,which is full of vitality,efficiency,more trust and fairness for the league,and provides a reference for the healthy development of the Chinese Basketball League.The conclusions are as follows:Through the analysis of the "home whistle" of Chinese basketball in the main and the guest field,it is known that the main and guest field system has bred the home advantage,and the home advantage nurtured the "home whistle".Among them,"black whistle" is a special form of alienation of "home whistle".At present,the "home whistle" phenomenon of Chinese basketball is objectively existing under the system of host and guest competition.It is "reasonable" and "reasonable" but not legal.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of home sentinel,the three aspects of countermeasures,prevention and treatment are expounded in detail.It involves the Chinese basketball tournament system,basketball event management organization,basketball tournament executive group,and basketball tournament participants.
