The reform and opening up policy and the rapid economic development have resulted in unprecedented mobility of Chinese people.Immigrant children are increasing in number because of the flow of households and have become an important group in economically developed regions. When moving from rural areas to cities, children have to face problems such as household registration, urban and rural differences and cultural background differences. If they can't adapt themselves into the new city and in particular, the complicated and changeable environment and study life, they will be gradually "marginalized".More importantly, that will affect their health, especially their mental health, and further impair the harmony of families and society. This study was conducted through questionnaires, case analysis and other research methods.Questionnaires were used to investigate the peer relationship, depression and loneliness of 340 immigrant junior high school students and 360 non-immigrant junior high school students, understand their psychological adaptation, and study the peer interactions in social environment variables.By analyzing their relationship, the study tried to explore the characteristics of psychological adaptation and peer relationship between mobile children and local children in cities. The results are as follows.1.The mental adjustment of mobile children is worse than that of non-mobile children, while the non-mobile children are better than the migrant children.Peer relations of floating children was significantly lower than the floating children, depression and loneliness were significantly higher than that of floating children,in the negative emotion, low self-esteem,sense of inefficiency, lack of pleasure, relationship problems of five dimensions, floating children and very significant difference in the floating children.2.There was no significant difference in gender and grade in the peer relationship of mobile children. There was no significant difference in gender and grade in the peer relationship of mobile children. There was no significant gender difference in the depression of mobile children, but in the low-efficiency dimension of depression, boys were significantly less effective than girls. There are significant differences in the depression of mobile children in grade level, mainly in the sense of inefficiency and lack of pleasure in two dimensions.3.The peer relationship of mobile children has a significant negative correlation with the psychological adaptation of depression and loneliness. In the five dimensions of depression, peer relationship was negatively correlated with negative emotions, low self-esteem,inefficiency,anhedonia,and interpersonal relationships.4.The gender and grade variables of mobile children had no significant predictive effect on depression levels and loneliness. But the peer relationship has a significant negative predictive effect on the levels of depression and loneliness in mobile children.Research shows that having a good peer relationship can make mobile children better able to adapt to the new environment, the peer relationship is poor, and the mental adjustment of mobile children can be problematic.Mobile children have a good peer relationship, which is an important way to solve their psychological problems. Therefore,it is suggested that the efforts of parents and school educators should make the mobile children fully cognizant of their peer interactions to promote their psychological adaptation and stimulate their interaction.Suggested by precept, schools of migrant children for effective learning and training, help them master skills of peer exchanges, floating children and peer interaction in practice to improve the psychological adaptability;Suggest grieving families to create a good communication environment, the school to form a positive peer interaction atmosphere,to build a harmonious society peer exchanges platform, three common create good exterior support peer exchanges, help migrant children improve their psychological adaptability.
