With the speeding up of urbanization in our country,the spread of technology innovation,blackboard and community communication forms of small horn already cannot satisfy the needs of modern community.Communication constitute the community.The community media is set up between community residents and a bridge between the organization and the government.Open community communication not only can stimulate the flow of information,the construction of community culture and community belonging to ascend,can also serve the grassroots,mobilize grass-roots vitality to promote community autonomy and grassroots autonomy.Therefore,our government attaches great importance to the construction of community informatization foundation,increasingly as early as 2006 promulgated"buildings and residential communities digital technology application",emphasis on building the information sharing platform provided or enjoy a variety of internal and external community for the construction of the digital information resources management and service".In practice,many innovative community media constantly emerging,eliminate springing up again,Such as community owners BBS,WeChat group and so on.But a new community media should have what kind of attribute characteristics,in the academic circle is still unable to agree.In this paper,it is in this context,select new application model of community media-Nanchang W community as a study case to explore the community structure and the unique storytellling system in the framework of communication infrastructure theory.In research methods,using the method of depth interview and questionnaire investigation,the investigation object of text information and data,the combination of quantitative and qualitative research.Specifically,this thesis focuses on problems as follows:1.Community infrastructure of communication: first,W W community around the park,square,education agencies,form a complete set of medical resources,health,residents' committees,property management organizations,business organizations,etc.;2.Neighborhood anecdotes about storytelling systems: interpersonal communication behavior analysis: the communication between the community content,frequency and motivation;Organizational communication behavior analysis:the spread of community organizations content,frequency and motivation;3.New community media "live here" APP: features,functions,advantages,etc.This article concluded:Attaches great importance to the community,should be based on the community,to serve the community for the purpose;Interpersonal communication is important and can not be ignored part of the community to spread,is the most direct,convenient and effective way to communicate;Attaches great importance to the other side of the interpersonal communication,is the need to pay attention to communication environment for the construction of the action,the communication space environment,bad determines whether there is communication,communication quality;Using the new Internet technology,the introduction is a new type of community media platform consciousness.
