Research And Design Of Project Management Based On Workflow In Product Data Management System

In recent years,due to the update speed of production data is accelerating,the production process is more and more complicated,as well as the external competition is increasingly fierce,there is a necessity of a product data management(Product Data Management,referred to as PDM)system to provide the enterprise with product data information sharing and production management.The PDM system aims to improve the enterprise product design and development efficiency,and greatly enhance the external competitiveness of enterprises.In the real production,product design and development process is mostly based on project management units,so the role of project management in PDM system has attracted more and more attention.However,the project management function of most domestic PDM software is not perfect at present.Based the on PDM system from independent research and development,according to the enterprise actual project management requirements,through the design of workflow model and workflow engine technology,this paper will analyse a design project management mode on the basis of workflow technology and interprets different situations in the project management process changes from the perspective of the task mechanism of the project.This dissertation introduces a modified in the project change process of change,namely the project task change,including changes in the task of task data changes,the task of data recovery and data modification etc..To begin with,this paper analyzes the actual demand for project management,including functional requirements and non-functional requirements and individualized needs resulted from the enterprise actual operation in the management.Secondly,introduces the workflow mechanism of project management and promotion,involving workflow definition,workflow instantiation algorithm and workflow engine implementation methods.Finally,it relates the project task design changes because of enterprise actual project management,which include the task of data recovery measures of task data.In the end,the construction design and interpretation of thedatabase and the selection of development platform are illustrated,and ultimately shows the whole process management function and application through the demonstration of examples.
