TV service class program is one of the most popular classes of TV shows which can be often seen on TV screen.The purposes of this kind of TV program are to solve people's basic health matters and make life of spectators more convenient.This paper discusses about how to spread TV service class program to the maximum influence and describe a future expectation for it.The article also takes the example of XiaoxiHelp which is a TV service class program belonged to the Qilu TV affiliated with the SDTV.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction defines the object of study first,and it defines TV service class program is a kind of TV program meanly to help to people solve the actual problems.Not only does the introduction briefly introduce the general situation of the kind of TV service class program like XiaoxiHelp,and also gives a brief description about its research background,research significance,research methods and status,and the new innovational points.Secondly,the 1st chapter analyses the spread contents of XiaoxiHelp,and its analysis depends on two analytic points of topic selection and content structure.These two analytic points influence and even determine the effective spread of the TV show.The cautious topic selection and reasonable content structure can get the effective spread that was imagined.The 2nd chapter analyses the spread form of XiaoxiHelp,to investigate the influences of program plates and activities,expression forms,narrative styles and packaging promotion on the maximum effective spread of TV service class program.The 3rd chapter studies the operation management mechanisms of XiaoxiHelp,it shows that the daily management mechanisms as a backstage has a great effect for the TV program.If there is no efficient management mechanisms,the TV program will not keep working smoothly.One more,the 4th chapter analyses the new problems exposed on the topic selection,communication mode and expression tendency under the present web environment.The 5th chapter studies how to develop TV service class program itself by using new medias and the traditional advantage foundation,and based on the actual environment and combining with the actual situation,some countermeasures are put forward.Eventually,The impacts of the TV service class program's effective spread are summarized systematically in the epilogue of this paper,and the lacks of analysis and the directions of follow-up research are also pointed out in the epilogue.In order to realize the maximum effective spread,this paper takes Xiaoxi Help as an example which is used to study systematically the influence factors of the TV serves class program effective spread and the new problems exposed in the background of the internet.According to this paper,the TV service class program's advantages and disadvantages can be finded,and then adopts the TV program's own advantages while overcoming its present weakness.At last,the most important thing is that this paper would expect to provide a reference value for the development and operation of the domestic similar kinds of TV service class program by analyzing the individual case.
