With the development of network technology,the development of social media technology is becoming more and more mature,which permeates all aspects of our life.WeChat has accumulated a large number of users in a short time since its launch.With micro letter number public platform release,all kinds of organizations are also stepping into the society construction in library,in the front of the technical trend,is also gradually attention and widely micro letter platform construction of library.Although the library building micro platform is a long letter,but the library micro letter platform adopt the number of users is limited,the construction level of the micro letter platform is uneven,based on the present situation,in this paper,the micro letter platform of university library user adoption research and analyze influence factors,the hope can promote university library adopted by micro letter platform for more users,and provide theoretical guidance for micro letter platform in university library construction.Through the reading understanding of the previous studies,this article from the perspective of users,combined with the situation of the construction of university library WeChat platform and UTAUT and information system success model,and introducing the theory of service marketing in the field of customer commitment,with the final performance expectations,the efforts of expectations,platform,quality,service quality,information quality and affection commitment to build six factors WeChat platform in university library user adoption factors model,using the questionnaire survey data obtained from the empirical analysis and research,to fitting the model correction,finally to determine the influence of university library WeChat user adoption of variable factors,Performance expectations,platform,quality,service quality,information quality and emotional commitment to the five factors on the micro letter platform in university library user adoption has significant positive influence,the working performance of micro letter platform in university library user adoption would not have apparent effect.By the results of empirical research,this article from the expectation,optimizing the platform users improve performance quality and service quality,information quality,and maintain a emotional perspective of a few micro letter platform construction in university library puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the micro letter library provides more efficient quality service,to increase user adoption willingness to accept.Research of this paper is also adopted to WeChat platform in university library users to a certain degree of extension theory achievements,and puts forward university library from the aspects of the practice of WeChat platform construction optimization advice,to further promote the university library WeChat platform to provide users with better quality and efficient services.
