Finding the oil and gas resources is the key step to ensure national energy security, the vibrator vehicle has become an important equipment for its green and high quality signal excitation. But the vibrator vehicle can easily occur rollover accident in the process of motion due to its poor working conditions and complex driving conditions, such as desert, Gobi, Piedmont zone and other regions, which threats severely to the safety of the driver and equipment and will cause huge economic losses and also affect the construction progress and efficiency of vibrator vehicle. Although according to the international HSE standards, the rollover protective structures (ROPS) has be installed in the cab of vibrator vehicle to protect the driver, the structure is a passive protection structure after the accident, but it is still difficult to suppress the rollover accident fundamentally. Active safety protection technology has become an important technology to prevent the vibrator vehicle from occurring rollover accident. At present, the main geophysical exploration companies in the world, such as USA IVI company, SECEL company in France, Chinese BGP company, mainly focus on the actuator's performance and signal excitation and other fields. So it is necessary to carry out the rollover stability and rollover warning system technology research on vibrator vehicle, which will have significance and value to improve stability of vibrator vehicle and prevent rollover accident. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Select the vehicles at home and abroad as reference object and carry out the investigation and analysis to rollover stability and warning system for them. At last, master the research ideas and methods of in the vehicle field and determine that this paper should be based on theory research on rollover instability and carry out the rollover stability and rollover warning system research for vibrator vehicle by using the dynamic simulation technology.(2) Carry out the theory research on rollover instability of vibrator vehicle:Select the KZ28 type vibrator vehicle as the research object and carry out the factors influencing the rollover instability of vibrator vehicle analysis. The results show that the slope angle, steering angle, speed and the center of gravity location are the important factors that affect the stability. At the same time, as the vibrator vehicle is easier to occur rollover instability during the steering process on the lateral slope, carry out the rollover instability condition research in the process of straight line, upward turning and downward turning on the lateral ramp, and then conclude the critical rollover condition of vibrator vehicle under different driving conditions and the master influence law of critical condition, caused by the steering angle and slope angle. This study will lay a theoretical foundation for further research of the vibrator vehicle rollover stability.(3) Carry out simulation research on the rollover stability of vibrator vehicle:Based on rollover instability theory for vibrator vehicle, ADAMS dynamics simulation software is used to establish nonlinear flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model, and then the rollover stability studies are carried out on vibrator vehicle with different road conditions. The results show that the vibrator vehicle has lower stability when upward turning and downward turning on the lateral ramp. According to the results, the influence law of the kinetic parameters such as speed, steering angle and slope angle on the rollover stability of the vibrator vehicle is concluded, which verifies the rollover instability correctness of previously mentioned theoretical research and lays the theoretical foundation for further seismic source warning system.(4) Carry out technical research on vibrator vehicle rollover warning system:Combining with critical rollover conditions when upward turning on lateral ramp, using MATLAB dynamics software, a warning system simulation research is carried out based on the warning index (D) and (EI), and a comparative analysis of warning system is based on index (EI) and index (LTR). The results show that the two warning systems can determine all kinds of dangerous state and send different sound and light alarm. According to the results, the warning law of vibrator vehicle is captured and early warning of dangerous conditions is realized, which ensure the safety. The warning system not only has a certain value in engineering, but also has important guiding significance for carrying out the study of the test vehicle warning system source later.(5) Complete preliminary indoor program design of vibrator vehicle rollover warning system:Using step wise multiple alarms warning index, complete the analysis of the working principle and the design of the overall test program. Then carry out the analysis of style and performance characteristics for various the drive and turning systems and key equipment, and introduce the installation location of them on the vibrator vehicle. Finally, the preliminary design of indoor test scheme of vibrator vehicle rollover warning system is completed, which can lay the preparation and testing guidance for the next research.
