Function Optimization Of Fire Geographic Information System Based On PGIS Platform

Police geographic information system is a production of actual application th-at is applying geographic information system to policing.Although our country's PGIS plays an important role,there is no denying that our geographic informat-ion system's time is shorter,and it is short of theoretical guidance,narrow ap-plying scope and insufficient combat support,the gap is obvious between oursand western developed countries.Therefore,there is a theoretical significance a-nd practical significance doing secondary development research,optimizing thesystem function and improving the ability of combat support.This paper takes PGIS platform fire geographic information system as the research object.With the method of data collection and field investigation,it studies the present fire geographic information system's questions and disadvantages.It does a secondary development by using ESRI's Arcgis10.x as development platform,using Microsoft's Visual Studio as programming environment,using Visual C#.NET and JavaScript as develop-ment language,using Oracle as spatial database,using ArcSDE as database eigine to realize system function optimization.It aims to support reference on policing function optimization other than fire fighting under PGIS and the GIS secondary development research in different industries.The main results are as follows.1.Summarizing the existing loopholes in the geographic information system of urban firefighting,access to “the survey report on Fire the geographic information system”,getting the practical demand and advice of fire troops on the system.2.Doing function optimization on many functional modules of fire geographic information system on PGIS platform,improving the system and completing the secondary research.After the test,the optimized system basically can satisfy the operating requirements of uses 3.In the process of the system for secondary development,using the frame t-hat combing B/S and C/S not only satisfy the needs of system data security and confidentially,but also doesn't the use of policing function and the public information release.Using high compatible and extensible development tools,development language and development platform ensured the system's compatibility and extensibility.
