Leiss William is one of the outstanding representatives of Marx's ecology,he inherited and developed Marx's ecological view and technology view,pointed out that the ecological and social problems is not rooted in the technology itself,but since Bacon as "control nature"concept gradually deep into people's minds,leading technology become capitalist society control of nature and human being.Weapons,then carries on the profound critique to the capitalist system.In this paper,the concept of William rice technology as the research object,the main content includes four parts:In the first part,the author introduces the origin and historical background of William's concept of technology.The thought of Frankfurt school,Hawke Heimo technology Marcuse et al and Marx's thought of technology is the main theoretical origin of Western society,due to the problem of resources caused by technology development of ecological and environmental problems and social problems,so the rise of the green movement is the realistic background of the formation of the thought of.The second part discusses the main content of Leiss William technology view.In the capitalist society,because of the role of the capitalist system,technology has become a means to control the nature,society and human beings.In the third part,the author analyzes the theoretical contribution and deficiency of Leiss William 's technical view.In Marx's position on the analysis of the technology as a positive productivity of Leiss William,and deepen the understanding of the essence of technology under the capitalist system,enrich and develop Marx's thoughts of science and technology.The main point is that it does not analyze the positive effect of technology on the liberation of nature and human beings.In the fourth part,the author expounds the significance of William's concept of technology in contemporary china.Under the conditions of socialism should give full play to the advantages of the system,the change in the concept of control on nature for the control of the relationship between man and nature,to promote harmony between man and nature,the favorable positive role in the development of technology,the negative effect to removal technology,and actively promote the construction of ecological civilization of socialism color.
