In recent years, the synthesis of Super Heavy Nuclei?SHN?has become an important part of nuclear physics. In this thesis, the evaporation residual?ER?cross sections of SHN are studied theoretically. This thesis can be divided into three parts.Part?: Firstly, the capture cross sections for several incident channels are calculated.Secondly, the Master's equation is solved numerically to describe the nucleon transfer without the oscillator approximation. It is shown the fusion probability increases with increasing the incident energy.Furthermore, the survival probability of the excited compound nucleus is studied with statistical model. Finally, the ER cross sections for the synthesis of SHN are calculated.Part?: The isotopic dependence of the ER cross sections on the projectile isotopes and the target isotopes are investigated respectively. It is shown that the ER cross sections are significantly dependent on the projectile isotopes and the target isotopes. The ER cross sections becomes larger for neutron rich projectile, while it becomes smaller for neutron rich target. It is dependent on many factors including inner fusion barrier, fission barrier, neutron separate energy and so on.Part?: Large mass transfer reaction is studied within the framework of Di-Nuclear System?DNS?Model. The driving potential for 238 U + 248 Cm and 238 U +238U are calculated. In addition,we calculate the mass distributions of the target-like fragments for 238 U + 248 Cm and 238 U + 238 U at the different angular momentum L =0and L =40,respectively.
