CNC bending machine is a kind of molding pressure equipment, which is widely used in the process of sheet metal bending, it can press the sheet metal into different angles and different geometric shapes by using the simple common mold, CNC bending machine can realize stretching, necking, punching corrugating and so on when it is Equipped with the corresponding process equipment. CNC bending machine has been widely used in most of industry departments with the rapid development of industrial technology.The traditional design method of CNC bending machine is based on the theory of mechanics materials and elasticity mechanics, the machine is rapidly simplified for stress and deformation calculation, but this method is inefficient and inaccuracy. With the development of production technology and continuous improvement of bending machine precision, this method cannot meet the design requirements of high precision bending machine any more.With the development of computer technology, especially the finite element theory, it is possible for the modern design method of bending machine. This paper is based on the PBB-110/3100 bending machine of Jiangsu Yawei machine tool co., LTD, the bending force analysis and static finite element analysis are carried out with this machine, the structure of bending machine is optimized on the basis of verified experimental data and the modified finite element model. Finally, the elastic deformation is analyzed on the basis of the target of high precision bending machine, and the pressure compensation of bending machine is analyzed, the main research contents are as follows:1?The Development situation and trend of CNC bending machine are described, and the structure principle of bend machine is introduced.2?The principle of strain electric measurement and steps are introduced and then using this method to conduct the whole test of bending machine, the strength and stiffness of machine are studied by the test data.3?Through the theoretical analysis, the formula of bending force is deduced, then the bending process is simulated by using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis software. As a result, the accurate stress distribution of the bending machine is obtained.4?The whole modeling of the bending machine and static analysis are carried out by using the finite element software ANS YS, the stiffness and intensity of each component of the bending machine is obtained. With the comparison of the test data, the error between simulation value and experiment value is small, it provided a accurate model for the bending machine structure optimization.5?According to the result of static analysis and working characteristic, each part of bending structure is optimized and the partial strength and rigidity are improved, in the meantime, the resonance phenomenon generated by cyclical forces should be avoided.6?According to the elastic mechanics theory, the reasons of elastic deformation are analyzed, it can provide the theoretical basis for deflection compensation. The compensating effect of cylinder is analyzed, the target of match of worktable and slider deflection curve is optimized, the most optimal effect is obtained under the typical working conditions.
