With the development of science and technology on each passing day, high-risk enterprises such as chemical factory develops into intelligence, information and internet aspects. During the long-term evolution, manual duty in real time monitoring of the chemical production equipment remains the dominant. Recent media reports, the problems exposed in chemical accidents was worthy of careful consideration. How to design a high efficient rescue scheme after the accident is the most important in this paper.Chemical production equipments was installed in the workshop, workers used to be took terms working in monitoring and operating aimed at improving safety during production. There are often events difficult to predict such as poison gas diffusion, combustion explosion and so on, which is a serious threat to the lives and safety of personal in workshop. It is suggested a safety rules to ensure the quality of running of the equipment, and we should realize that establishing and perfecting the exigency succor mechanism had a special significance. Wireless indoor positioning systems described in this paper can provide accurate position information to the rescuer, because of which could help them to find the people trapped in the incident ground. The rescuer could set the route according that position information, which will help them to avoid wasting time.In this paper, a design method of establishing a wireless indoor positioning system inside the simulated enviroment is proposed, which also provide a key strategies for solving this problem. The overall plan design three major part is composed by main total system design, subsystem design and client monitoring software design. The contents of the total system design consist of the monitoring system has been set up and covered over several workshops through field bus technique and Ethernet technology. Relevant personnel in monitoring room can make terminal positioning and real-time detection and tracking by monitoring software on PC. Subsystem design includes operation and management of wireless sensor networks, gateway, reference node and blind node. The main contents of monitoring software design include the interface, communication unit and data management unit run on background.
