This paper analyzed the characteristics of Sichuan Basin Gaoshiti-Moxi deep wells'features,combining the twice accelerated represents well's drilling data and analysis the situation and difficulties in the Gaoshiti-Moxi structure.With the experience of fastering the drilling speed of wells,we found the PDC acceleration effect is better.MoXi8well,the whole well drilling footage is 5916m.Its average penetration is 2.04m/h,increased by 22.1%than GaoShi 1well's average ROP.MoXi10well,the whole well drilling footage is 5530m.Its average penetration is 2.29m/h,increased by 37.1%than GaoShi 1well's average ROP.According to the difficulties in drilling and geological characteristics,combined with the actual drilling data.We used micro drilling method to obtain the drill abilitygrade value,combined with the coring intervalacoustic transit time fitted to get the formation drillability.The experimentally obtained formation drill ability grade value guidance Gaoshiti-MoxiSinian-bit type selection of deep well.And obtains a set of appropriate bit combination,and in Leikoupo using the "measures for raising speed is "screw+PDC",Leikoupo average ROP reached 4.7m/h,l average ROP increased by 34.2%,and put forward in hard formation,poor drill ability of the canglangpuan,QiongzhuSi using a FX55D drill bit when drilling siliceous strata with cone HJT637GL transition.Using PDC bit MM64DH drill bitsin the Dengying Formation,when drilling siliceous stratum,pulling the HJT637GL bit out of hole.According to way in drilling MoXil3 well,the well depth is 5515m,the whole well drilling speed higher than 2.76m/h.Drilling speed increased by 65%than GaoShi 1 well's.The drilling cycle decreased 92.9%than GaoShi 1 well's.Due to the GaoShiti-Moxi structure's layer buried deep,with high bottom hole temperature and formation pressure coefficient is big.We knew the geology was complex,and the content of hydrogen sulfide,containing salt gypsum strata,so high requirement of drilling mud.Binding has been drilling mud usage.Analysis the difficulty in mud technology of GaoShiti-Moxi structure's deep well drilling.Help to determine the "organic salt polymer" system of high temperature and high density drilling mud system.The optimization of the weighting agentbarite:RSTF,SMP-3 as filtrate reducer;2%AB-201 asthermal stabilizer.Agent,drilling mud formulation processing obtains the high temperature and high density drilling mud system suitable.The experimental sample showed that the high temperature and high density drilling mud settlement stability,anti calcium and anti salineintrusion is strong.In the drilling process of MoXi13 there is no problem with the drilling mud.The drilling mud inhibition the well without collapse of complex;good lubrication,frictionin the normal range;salt layer fast drilling process,the drilling mud has not occurred degeneration,anti calciuminvasionability;in the bottom hole temperature of 180 degrees Celsius,still have good rheological property.It proved its high temperature resistant ability,ensurethe well drilling speed.Due to the GaoShitii-moxi Formation of Leikoupo and Jialingjiang containing H2S,and the drilling fluid design of high density.As we know it's hard to bring fragments with high density drilling fluid.Which greatly influence the mechanical drilling speed.Using DC index method,the prediction of formation pressure while drilling,drilling in the near equilibrium state.With the real-time prediction offor mation pressure,the well control is in the safety conditions.It improved faster well drilling speed.The weight of mud in Jiaer3 and feier,feier to longtan,qiongzhusi each decrease by 0.1g/cm3,0.11g/cm3,0.2g/cm3 than that of Moxi 10 well.But the ROP increase by 0.5m/h,0.2m/h,0.2m/h than Moxi 10 well's.What's more,there is no overflow.
