Produced liquid of crude oil dehydration process is one of the important contents for oilfield development, the method is based on different produced fluid characteristics and aquifer situations, then take different technologies. With the exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields, the activity block has entered the "tertiary oil recovery stage", the produced fluid contains a lot of surface active agent, polymer, etc. The oil emulsion interfacial film thickness increases, the conductivity and stability enhancement, lead to platform electric dehydrator electric short circuit plate, increase the difficulty that the oil/water separation of produced fluid. Thermal recovery techniques are large-scale promotion, as the sea of the steam generator fuel supply become an urgent problem.
