| In recent years, more and more offshore oil and gas fields have been developed in China. And submarine pipeline is widely used for its characteristics of continuous transportation, reliable security and relative economy. Submarine pipeline has connected the offshore production facilities with high efficiency in order to ensure the stable and continuous operation of the offshore oil and gas field development and production operation system. The design of submarine pipeline in our country starts fairly late, and there are some problems in the design process, such as the unreasonable structure of the sea pipe and the existing problems of flow assurance.This paper has designed the submarine pipeline in Weizhou oilfield as an example, making process design of three new oil and gas pipeline, including WZ11-4N WHPB platform to WZ12-2 WHPA platform, WZ11-1 RP platform to WZ11-4N WHPB platform and WZ11-4N WHPC platform to WZ11-4N WHPB platform on the basis of the research on the technology of submarine pipeline at home and abroad.The purpose is to collect the oil and gas from the oil field to the PUQB WZ12-1 platform for processing and exporting.The sea pipe design includes of Weizhou 11-4 oilfield submarine pipeline structure design and strength analysis, and the stability of sea pipe on the seabed for various parameters in pipeline design analysis and checking, so as to ensure the rationality and safety of pipeline structure.After the new submarine pipeline structure is confirmed, the sea pipe flow assurance problems in the process of production are analyzed and studied, including pipeline preheating, slug flow analysis, gas hydrate prediction, pigging operation, etc. The research shows that the pipeline can effectively control the length of the plug flow through the tube, and the gas hydrate will not be generated during the operation.Due to the particularity of the marine environment, the corrosion protection of the submarine pipeline is considered in the design process. In order to ensure the safe operation of the sea pipe, this paper analyzes the external and internal corrosion protection of the submarine pipeline in the anti-corrosion engineering, and puts forward the corresponding protective measures. Through the check and analysis of the corrosion protection effect of the built pipeline, combined with the anti-corrosion measures of the new sea pipe, it is concluded that the design of the pipeline corrosion protection project is effective and reasonable.This design adhere to safety, environmental protection, efficient, innovative ideas,and gives full consideration tothe 2nd phase ofnorth Weizhou 11-4oil and gas field development characteristics. We also combined the status quo at home and abroad and its successful experiences to optimize the pipeline technology. Ithas fully met the development trend of offshore oil and gas field development, which has a certain reference significance. |
