In this paper,the desulfurization unit of a gas field in northwest China is taken as the research object,and the raw material gas is high carbon sulfur ratio natural gas.With the operation of the device,the raw material gas handling capacity,raw material gas quality and operating conditions and so on have appeared in varying degrees of changes,having some problems such as the purified gas is not up and the temperature of the wet gas is higher.In order to improve the operating efficiency of the device,to further reduce the device energy consumption,the ASPEN HYSYS simulation software is used to analyze the process parameters,solution ratio and the process improvement respectively.And the data of the models which simulated by K-E model,NRTL model and UNIQUAC model are compared with the actual operation data,the K-E model is selected as the simulation model of the process flow,finally.In this paper,the main equipments of the desulfurization unit are calculated,and all equipments can meet the production requirements.The influences of the quality of the raw material gas and the operating parameters on the purification effect are analyzed,at the same time,the sensitivity of each parameter to the purification of H2S and CO2 in purified gas are analyzed.For the current operating conditions of the device,two adjustable process parameters are optimized,which are the reflux ratio of the regeneration column and the circulation of the lean amine,after optimization,the energy consumption of the device is reduced 14.7%.The ratio of high carbon sulfur ratio natural gas desulfurization solvent is analyzed and adjusted,simultaneously.In order to reduce the temperature of the wet purge gas to the desired temperature,the raw material gas is used to exchange heat with the clean gas.Taking different operating programs according to different seasons,which can effectively reduce the amount of cooling water.The whole process of the desulfurization unit is analyzed,three optimization schemes which include heat pump distillation,semi-lean liquid and hydraulic flooding are proposed.Compared with the existing process,the effective energy efficiency of the heat pump distillation process is improved by 6.27%,the efficiency of the semi-poor liquid process is improved by 9.99%,the effective energy efficiency of the hydraulic turbine process is increased by 1.09%.In the three process improvement schemes,hydraulic turbine program is the most feasible.
