| Ramie yarn was added in pure polyester woven fabric tube lining material,the rough surface of ramie fiber and the larger gap between the fibers was used to improve pipeline rehabilitation lined woven fabrics resin impregnated performance,the bonding performance between inner lining materials and pipe wall was enhanced when the tubular polyester/ramie hybrid woven composite material was lined in the pipeline by inversion,and can reduce the likelihood of collapse.A series of research was carried out for tubular polyester/ramie composite woven fabric composite material preparation and related properties,using nonlinear regression analysis focusing on the diameter of tubular fabric design,concrete research content and conclusions are as follows:1.Several analytical methods of interfacial properties of composite materials are introduced in this paper.Interfacial compatibility and permeation rate of polyester filament yarn and ramie fiber with inner lining resin were analyzed by the method of interface analysis and contact angle between resin and fiber surface.Microscope observation on the surface microstructure of polyester fiber and ramie,and Mechanics curve of fiber extraction from resin matrix were analysed to verified that polyester/ramie composite woven fabric is better than pure polyester woven fabrics with penetration performance of resin.2.In the preparation process of tubular polyester/Ramie composite woven fabric,the preparation parameters of tubular fabric were designed.The tubular fabric yarn design for tubular fabric weaving with 2000 denier~10000 denier low twist polyester filament yarn and ramie yarn.Through the design of tubular fabric,different kinds of plain tubular fabric were weaved with different thicknesses yarn and different polyester/ramie blending ratio.The the tubing fabric was painted with anti-seepage film by stereo disposable film covering technology.Coating fabric and lining resin composite by hand paste method with the R-400 liner resin that had high strength,good toughness,moderate viscosity and strong adhesion.3.The basic physical properties of tubular fabric and coated tubular textile composites were texted,the results showed that the performance of tubular polyester/ramie woven fabric designed could meet the requirements of pipe repair.The adhesive properties of tubular polyester/ramie woven composites and resin were tested,the results showed that the addition of ramie yarn could improve the impregnation of the resin,and the tubular polyester/ramie liner could carry more resin to adhesive wall,reducing the possibility of collapse occurred.4.The fabric was heated at different temperature and different time,than the fabric shrinkage was texted,the results showed that the size of fabric was stable at 190℃ and 5 mins.By the nonlinear regression analysis,calculating relationship between different thicknesses yarns and different mixing rate yarn with shrink rate was established after being heated,calculating relationship between elasticity of tubular film composites and diameter of under repaired pipes was established.Than the mathematical model for calculating the diameter of woven tubular woven fabric was established by combining calculating relationship between tubular woven fabric upper machine width and the shrinkage ratio of lower machine.And the extreme value calculation of the pipe diameter of the tubular fabric is realized. |
