In recent years,environmental protection has become the focus of sustainable development and people’s attention.Clean and efficient natural gas fuels have become the trend of development.LNG plant construction has developed rapidly in all parts,but the dangerous characteristics of LNG have seriously restricted the development of LNG,And the storage facilities are the most dangerous place where serious consequences are the most likely to be caused.The LNG liquefaction plant storage facilities which daily processing capacity is 100,000 m3 is selected for security research to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents have theoretical value and practical engineering value.(1)the LNG liquefaction plant’s dangerous and harmful factors are identified In this paper,through the material,storage facilities,the risk analysis of the system to find the potential causes of danger,the HAZOP method is used to analyze the LNG tank.(2)The leakage of LNG material is the root cause of the accident.In this paper,the diffusion model is studied,and the diffusion model of liquid pool evaporation as continuous leakage source is established.The simulation results show that when the wind speed is 2m/s,the area of the dangerous explosion was obtained.The farthest distance of downwind up to 243m,the farthest distance of sidewind up to 33m.(3)Combining the BLEVE fireball accident consequence model and the fireball thermal radiation damage criterion,the BLEVE explosion of the LNG tank area was calculated.The radius of death is 314.10m,the radius of serious injury is 387.72m,the radius of burn is 542.62m,the radius of second burn is 615.24m,and the minimum safe protection distance is 168.2m.LNG storage tank rupture occurred vapor cloud explosion,the radius of death is 236.26m,the radius of serious injury is 301.72m,the radius of minor injury is 449.89m.(4)In the analysis of personal risk and social risk,the impact of LNG storage rupture on individual risk and social risk under different wind speed and atmospheric stability is analyzed.The results show that the wind speed has little effect on the personal and personal risk.When the stability of the atmosphere is more stable,the LNG diffusion of the LNG storage tank is more unfavorable,and the personal and social risks increase.The impact of atmospheric stability on personal and social risks is bigger than the ambient wind speed.Through the calculation of personal risk value,you can calculate the factory external security protection distance is 300m.
