| Vertical Cuttings Dryer showed great advantage of handling,recycling and utilizing of waste,as a new type of waste treatment facilities,but in actual working condition many factors such as drilling fluid property,higher separation size of solids control equipment,into the material concentration,and many other factors affecting the separation efficiency.In order to analyze the effects of different factors,This paper mainly analysis of cuttings dryer and static and dynamic analysis for the key parts from the condition of working,dryer operation parameters,structure parameters and material characteristics on flow field.Through the theoretical research,simulation and parameter optimization methods to optimize the rotor structure parameters and operating parameters,and continue in-depth studies of the sieve basket vibration characteristics,stress distribution and deformation of the structure,for the cuttings dryer structure improvement has important engineering significance.The specific research work in the following:(1)Investigating the profile of the cuttings dryer and field application case,understand its working principle,working process,the application present situation,problems and development trend in home and abroad,determines the necessity of research.(2)The separation theory of the vertical cuttings dryer,The theory has been research for sieve filtration and separation characteristics of vertical cuttings dryer,and determine the centrifuge basic equations,for analysis on the factors that affect the separation effectiveness and efficiency.The results show that filter medium and the filter cake Two factors affect the separation efficiency and effect,The pressure drop,fluid viscosity,filtration time,filter medium material and particle size are the main factors influencing the discharge moisture content.(3)Research on fluid dynamics theory and the flow field using numerical simulation method on the cuttings dryer.Cuttings dryer three-dimensional model has been established Using Virtual prototype technology,and using computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to simulate the internal flow field characteristics of cuttings dryer,Preliminary discussion on the fluid velocity field and pressure field of law,and the influence of various parameters on the separation efficiency.The results show that vertical cuttings dryer working best in the speed of 825r/min,Speed difference for25r/min,half cone Angle of the rotor is α=25°,inlet velocity is 5m/s,and cuttings dryer mechanical properties decreased obviously when the material density exceeded 2600 Kg/m3,solid content 60%.(4)The theory of statics analysis was carried out on the screen basket,To calculate the centrifugal cone and screen vibration frequency and inherent frequency.Using one-way coupling theory and the corresponding solving with Ansys workbench with strengthening sieve basket cage tools to complete the stress,deformation and mode analysis,And according to the actual working condition analysis of the rotor in the free state and the actual dynamic properties of constraint condition.Results showed that:under the actual working condition,there are strengthening internal maximum stress is far lower than the sieve screen mesh cage of basket of allowable stress,and small deformation,long service life.under the Campbell diagram to solve the natural frequencies and critical speed,compare with the actual parameters,far less than the resonance condition,there will be no resonance.(5)The overall parameters optimization and simulation validation through the above research.The results showed that the optimized sieve basket strength increased by 39.38%,and the stiffness increased by 40.63%,validate the correctness of the optimization results. |
