Solid-liquid mixing equipment is widely used in petrochemical,pharmaceutical,machinery,waste water treatment,food and other industrial processes.The new type of stirring blades studied in this paper is based on the standard six-leaf straight-blade paddle stirrer,and is optimized.Through the research on the turbulence characteristics and mixing characterist-ics of the solid-liquid two-phase flow field,the installation height and size of the new agitator are adjusted to achieve the purpose of optimizing the design.In this paper,the CFX software in ANSYS 14.0 was used to simulate the macroscopic law,velocity characteristics and solid-liquid suspension state of solid-liquid two-phase flow field.The three kinds of paddles,Their strengths and weaknesses.The effects of different blade mounting height and different blade diameter on the solid-liquid two-phase flow field are analyzed by comparing the velocity vector diagram,the solid velocity cloud diagram and the turbulence cloud cloud diagram of the three kinds of paddle.In this paper,the multi-reference system and the RNG k-? model are used to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow.First,by adjusting the installation parameters of the standard paddle stirrer and the belt-type paddle stirrer,Under the effect of the best mixing effect,and analysis and comparison.It was found that the standard flat-blade paddle-type agitator produced a better radial flow cycle,but its stirring range was smaller;and with bagged agitator,under the action of the package can produce axial jet,Mixing range,but the flow rate above the mixer flow rate is slow,the cycle is also poor.In order to obtain a better mixing effect,the two kinds of paddles will be combined,that is,the new mixer.The blade is divided into the blade 1(the standard paddle,select the four leaves)and the blade 2(with the paddle paddle,select the two leaves),this new type of stirrer combines the previous two The advantages of the paddle type,under the same conditions can get better mixing effect,to achieve the purpose of optimizing the design.
