Solid-liquid mixing operation is widely used in petrochemical,sewage treatment,food,pharmaceutical and other industrial processes.In the solid-liquid mixing operation,the shape and size of the impeller affect the solid-liquid suspension in the stirred tank,so it is important to choose a reasonable impeller type in the mixing operation.In the Vertical stirred tank,blade stirrer is widely used for its many advantages,such as its simple structure and low cost.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the solid-liquid flow field in the stirred tank,and the optimal installation state of blade stirrer in solid-liquid mixing operation is analyzed.To explore the Circle's addition to the axial jet,and to compare the solid-liquid suspension effects of the blade stirrer with Circle and the normal blade stirrer.In this paper,the CFX software of ANSYS 14.0 is used to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow field in stirred tank.Adjust the tilt blade stirrer for further analysis by comparing the blade stirrer and blade stirrer with the circle,the tilt blade stirrer and the tilt blade stirrer with the different flow fleld characteristics of the different ipeller diameters.The velocity,the velocity cloud,the solid velocity cloud,and the turbulence cloud can be used to qualitatively analyze the different installation height,different stirring speed,different inclination of the tilt blade stirrer and tilt blade stirrer with Circle axial to the cross section and the circumferential section.Effect of leaf angle on solid-liquid two-phase flow field.The results show that the addition of the torus of the tilt blade stirrer has a significant effect on the axial jet,and the solid-liquid suspension effect is optimized.The inner diameter of the stirred tank is 500mm,the height of the tank is 625mm,the height of ipeller is 350mm,the ipeller diameter is 350mm,and the stirring speed is 250rad/min.
