| With the condition of drilling oil being difficulty and drilling technology developing,horizontal well is used in everywhere and becomes a most important way to explore oil and gas now.However,duo to the hole angle of horizontal well is large,cuttings bed will take shape when cuttings move in annulus.And when the height of cuttings bed becomes too large,high-friction,high torque,stuck pipe and choke pumps will be happened in drilling process.It will affect the life of drilling tool and the safety of drilling process,and delay the engineering time.What’s more,cuttings bed will also cause several problems,such as putting logging tools into well being hard,cashing and well cementing being difficulty and the quality of well cementing being bad.For many complex problems in the well which can’t be solved by normal cuttings migration method,a new impulse carrying cuttings way should be come up.To prove the superiority of impulse carrying cuttings way and find the best parameters,test and numerical analysis is combine,and compare normal cuttings migration method with impulse carrying cuttings way.These works will become the foundation to support the application of impulse carrying cuttings in horizontal well.The mainly works contain the following works:Firstly,based on the survey of data about the theory of cuttings migration method in horizontal well,cuttings migration model should be concluded.Secondly,a 1:1 visual test bench is build,and after screening cutting,a research work about the law of normal cuttings migration and destroying cuttings bed is completed through the test bench.A numerical analysis is also completed to observe the process of cuttings bed migration and the influence of different parameters.The works choose the power-law model,turbulence model and relevant boundary condition.Then the law of impulse carrying cuttings migration and destroying cuttings bed is observed through test bench.Combining with test and numerical analysis,the sensitivity analysis of impulse carrying cuttings is done.After the secondary development of subroutines is wrote,numerical analysis is complete to find the distribution law of impulse carrying cuttings in no cuttings bed,two lawyer and three lawyer.Finally,comparing the result of normal cuttings migration method and impulse carrying cuttings way,the superiority of impulse carrying cuttings way is proved.And combining the site condition,the best parameter is get.The work of this thesis can make a process to know the essence of cuttings migration in horizontal well,find the distribution law of cuttings in horizontal well and direct the construction of site.With the proposal of impulse carrying cuttings way,the efficiency of cuttings migration in horizontal well can increase and it can also solve the harm in drilling process,caused by cuttings bed. |
